B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Not a bad place for your needs, covers a majority of stock, be sure to look out for the discount stickers, you could grab a bargain....

Very good in my opinion nice and big has everything you need no toilets but there are toilets in the range witch is not to far from b&m

A new, bright and clean B&M store which is huge with aisle upon aisle of goods. You'll find pretty much everything in here and there are always cheaper prices on most things compared to the main supermarkets. Plenty of parking too and on a retail park.

Busy on a Sunday, but that's to be expected during a lockdown. Had to queue to get in, but for no longer than 5 mins... Queue moved very quickly. During the current Covid situation it would probably be better to implement a one-way system round the store to avoid clashing or getting too close to people due to the small aisles.
Staff are always helpful and friendly and of course there's bargains a plenty to be had. Christmas stock is great this year.

Just rang store explaining I purchased a patio gas heater which was faulty. I asked if it was possible to just change the faulty part. I was impressed with the response especially the gentleman who helped me 10 out of 10 brilliant customer service can't thank the staff enough many many thanks.

It's B&M, which means bargains galore. Pop in for two items, which ends up with twenty-two.

I love this store. The staff is helpful, especially Emma I believe was the lady's name. They have very good prices and a wide selection of quality food, yard/garden, and home furnishings. Loved it!!!

Nice large store with loads of different items from sweets to garden furniture. Busy store but always plenty of tills open so you don't have to stand in a queue for too long. The staff are always happy to help.

I approached one of your members of staff for some help today and she went above and beyond and helped me find the right phone charger for my phone she said her name was molly when I asked her, what a great member of staff very helpful and friendly!!

Love the Hartlepool store. Huge amount of goods available under one roof. Spacious, clean and well lit. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Prices are amazing and goods are of great quality. This store offers the latest fashion trends for just about anything for the home and family

Not only team did help us to find some items, but and one worker was taking very heavy items to our car! We are amazed by your team service

Big store with wheelchair access and really wide aisles. Brilliant ranges of goods... tinned, dried food including a good selection of biscuits! There's pet supplies, a massive range of toiletries. Some medicinal stuff (no pharmacy) DIY.. including tools, wallpaper, small shelves. The only complaint is I always spend too much as sometimes they have deals that can't be ignored!

I love this shop. You go in for some washing powder and come out with £50 of stuff you didn't actually need. Don't go in if you're skint. The cheap prices and harsh lighting is a trap, you never ever just pop in for one thing. If you just need washing up liquid or cereal, go to Iceland. Much less temptation and more likely to save money.

Love a shop in b&m although some staff need an attitude check most are lovely

I love the garden centre here because they are always having to reduce prices because nobody seems to water the plants. Great for me, I buy them all up and with a little TLC, have perfect plants for half the price 😁
