Took my little girl to the hamster petting class and was so good.the manger Suzie was great, all free to do and easy to book online would highly recommend

We had an amazing experience at Pets at Home on Sunday afternoon. We visited for a collar and harness fitting for our Cavapoo puppy and were incredibly impressed with the service we received.

The team members – Cat, Ann, and Steph – were exceptionally helpful and patient, especially with our young and nervous puppy. They took the time to ensure our puppy was comfortable throughout the fitting process, trying on several collars and harnesses to find the perfect fit.

They even suggested options for when our puppy grows, further demonstrating their thorough understanding and care. Their kindness and support truly stood out, and we left feeling very grateful for their assistance. We will definitely be returning as our puppy grows.

I've had occasion to visit pets at home fairly regularly and always find whatever it is I'm looking for. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The pets kept there for sale all look in good health and are well cared for. There's a really good range of products and my little dog uses the groomers every four wks for her nails to be cut. The girls can't be faulted,so patient with a timid frightened rescue dog,always do a quick efficient job,rarely keep her waiting and only charge a fiver. I now also use the vets there and can't fault them,they're caring genuine people who don't talk down to pet owners and feel our concerns and sorrow when our loved pets are sick and in need of their help. Both vets that we have seem have been so good at their job and talk to the owner with respect which sadly many don't! Prices are good and they have some excellent packages to help you keep your pet healthy. Thoroughly recommend pets at home and all the services they offer.

Very helpful staff towards us and our new puppy

Staff in here are all lovely! They were incredibly understaffed today when we came in to buy a hamster. (I was warned yesterday evening that it would be busy when I came to collect the hamster) I was happy to wait until they were available. Came over as soon as they possibly could to help me choose the hamster and still made sure I got all the correct information despite being so busy.

Polite and friendly staff. They are always happy to order my Dogs medicated food in and no question is too much trouble. Their product knowledge is also excellent. The shop is always clean and tidy as are the fish tanks and places where the pets are housed.

The staff are friendly and helpful, they also have a wide range of products in store.

The staff in this store are really knowledgeable and helpful. They all seem to genuinely have an interest in animals making their service store very personable. The pets for vets that is also inside is brilliant and the vets make you feel extremely welcomed and at ease.

Well stocked large store, small animals ie Guinea Pigs, hamsters, rabbits etc are all kept in immaculate living areas. Always find what I need when I go in there.

Excellent service but most of all caring staff that work so hard to ensure your pet is in safe hands. People just need to realise when you have animals they do cost when things go wrong, but what matters most is that they are cared for, and now I would not go anywhere else.

Great selection of healthy fish.

Took an item that I'd bought on line back as it was faulty. They changed the item with no fuss and even got a refund as the one they had in stock was slightly cheaper

Absolutely brilliant, staff are happy to give any advice and help you might want/need. You can tell they really are pet people and care a lot about the animals. Won't be going anywhere else for pet bits.
