B&Q Haverhill

Excellent service. Ordered an item online for in-store collection. They had it ready within minutes, and when I got there one of the staff went out of his way to find one with an undamaged box. Employees like that are what make physical stores worthwhile.

They work with minimal staff but it works.
They have a good range of not bad quality and a good selection in the garden centre.
I will continue to use them as I have done for many many years.

I had the pleasure and first class service yet again as offered by Yolande in the gardening dept of B&Q Haverhill. Nothing is to much trouble for this knowledgeable and dedicated lady. She makes every purchase a happy experience. An absolute diamond. Thank you again.xx

Quiet place. Parking full of spaces. You can stroll around the corridors and select what you need. Recommended

Went to buy a fan heater from this branch, hardly any In stock but staff member Robert went out of his way to help us. Really appreciate the very good customer service experience 👍

Took son in law for. Decorating items, managed to get everything he needed. Always clean, tidy, well laid out. Good choice of stock.

All I can say is that the staff are most helpful, in every sense. One could not ask for more. When shopping there, you can always find what you are looking for.

We arrived here not really expecting much really however, we were welcomed by a really lovely bloke on the valspar till, who helped us find absolutely everything we was after! We don't know his name, but he had long silver hair in a ponytail, if your reading this. You deserve a raise my friend! Even my kids mentioned how nice you were! Thank you for making our experience the best!

called into store for door handles, had problems , asked ANDY for assistance he was top man very helpfull and polite A+++++

Went into B&Q looked for a bbq and there wasn't any left the one wanted, the young man who's name was Adrian I think. Was very helpful. He said as the only one left is display , we could have that and took money off it aswell. Was truly thoughtful.

Staff are always polite and curteous, prices are ok, I like the new pick n mix screw section. The offcutts for charity is also a great idea. The changes in the TradePoint card has now made it pointless for me to use. Had a kitchen from here and was really happy with service.

Found everything I wanted. Easy to shop. Well sign posted on all aisles. Polite staff. Fast service. Also a safe Covid-19 environment to shop in.

Fantastic customer service and a huge thanks to Bob for helping to source the items we needed after a long travel to the store due to nationwide shortages of some products. Can not recommend highly enough.

I regularly use B&Q, in fact I was there a couple of hours ago to buy a hedge trimmer. I have their loyalty card and app. I saw what I needed on the app then went to the store to collect it. Wednesday is 10% off day for members with B&Q Diamond card. It was all made so easy using the app and Diamond card. The store has plenty of parking spaces and is close to Sainsbury's.

Good store, most things in stock.
Loads of parking, friendly staff.
