I have shopping delivered for my self
But once a week I go for my brother as he
Cannot get out.

My friend wanted a fan and asked a member of staff if they had any. She was very helpful and bought one with her own money from a larger store and brought it to Haverhill for her. Her name was Helen and she went way beyond her sense of duty. Brownie points to her!

The lady who runs the cafe is an absolute star who cannot do enough to help. She runs it like an owner would. The staff are smiley and friendly, the food excellent, well priced and a great veggie friendly and flexible menu. A very pleasant environment.

Sadly Tesco Haverhill have had management problems for as long as I can remember 10/15 yrs. This trickles down to the staff and is reflected in their attitude, customer services skill and over time becomes embedded. Should have been picked up earlier by the Area manager. It denies the staff the opportunity to achieve their true potential.
5/2020 staff now seem wonderfully customer focused. Not before time. It's a customer service business after all. Stars bumped up from 2 to 5. Oh yes food really is worth the extra penny. Mike
Picking up on Tracy's comments and Richards. They do seem actually to try to keep the spacing. You have to follow the arrows on the floor, keep your space and 'overtaking' the person in front is something you have to think twice about. I have my own views on effectively traipsing about behind the slowest shopper in the branch but the effort, focus and commitment is there.
Sadly like Richard the whole effort not only confuses the hell out of me but also the staff seem to have lost the plot as well. Now the system has been in place for awhile the Tesco staff should be canvassed to get their suggestions. What works, what doesn't and how can it be improved? Your staff are your greatest assets, use them, don't just dump this rubbish on them and expect them to just keep on smiling. As the saying goes, together you are stronger.
Could get each outlet to clearly define on the web which aisle has which products, speeding shopping up although I guess it may reduce sales by cutting down browsing/impulse buying etc. But surely shoppers health is more important. Just a thought (or two). Mike

Just visited this store to stock up on groceries to take back home to France. The girl on the check out was THE most friendly ever. She made our day and should be immediately promoted to director of customer service !

Tesco mobile , what a good experience . Mark , Danni , Jack, their customer service is on point. Played music for me , gave me all the attention I needed . Best part is the level of manners and respect . They also told me to come back in if I needed anything else , what a happy bunch of people

Got everything you expect from a Tescos & easily accessible loads of parking and just generally really well laid out ! No complaints!
