Frank's fabulous laid back flooring store. My wife and I went to buy a new bedroom carpet. We were directed by the lone sales man to where the roll ends were, and found a real bargain. Buying it and arranging a fitter was so easy, the salesman was relaxed and polite. We will definitely return when we next need a carpet or lino. Good result. 😁

This place is spot on. I've been using Frank's now for well over a year and I can say I've had no issues whatsoever. The workers in the store have gone above and beyond for me and I'm really grateful for the help when it comes to buying carpets and flooring. Thank you 🙂

After a really bad experience elsewhere we bought vinyl flooring at Franks in Belmont which was fitted by Gary and Mathew. They were amazing. They eased my anxiety about the fitting, asked questions when needed about pattern directions and were happy for me to look over their shoulder to see what a great job they were doing. I was even told off for tidying up when they would do it. 10/10

Lovely brand new store with great selection, Understanding staff who helped me pick great flooring for my upstairs bedroom and in the perfect location so didn’t have to travel far . Very pleased.

Very abrupt and rude customer device in store . More interested in eating his soup in front of the only customers.
A more friendly approach might get more customers through the door . 😡
