I have been a subscriber for over 18 months at time of writing. Absolutely brilliant service. These guys have pulled together some amazing records, many of them coloured from some of the best new and upcoming bands, many of the which I have gone to see live and purchased albums from. One of the best decisions I ever made. Can't wait for my next box to arrive.

Be patient with these guys as the music and packaging is super cool and they really do care about their products! I had issues receiving a free box but they tried their best to replace it and it all worked out in the end! Ellie in particular is awesome! Keep it up guys!

Signed up to Subscription but not due my first delivery yet. However I did order a back catalog boxset and it is amazing; well packaged fun and safe; and great set of songs from the Decemeber 2016 Boxset.

Don't expect any vinyl..... They take your money and don't deliver.

Terrible customer service. Have attempted to cancel membership on multiple occasions now. Each time they have stated it has been cancelled, yet I am still being billed and still having these packages delivered.

I no longer want them.

About Hertford
Town in England

Hertford is the county town of Hertfordshire, England, and is also a civil parish in the East Hertfordshire district of the county. The parish had a population of 26,783 at the 2011 census. The town grew around a ford on the River Lea, near its confluences with the rivers Mimram, Beane, and Rib. The Lea is navigable from the Thames up to Hertford. Fortified settlements were established on each side of the ford at Hertford in 913 AD. The county of Hertfordshire was established at a similar time, being named after and administered from Hertford. source
