This branch has weathered a few difficulties with staffing and I.T. the last few visits have been excellent, great service, lovely examples of the staff helping and supporting customers where needed. Drinks and food up to a consistent good standard 👌

The shop and staff are wonderful but the customers being food and drink from elsewhere and leave all their mess behind for Costa staff to clear up

Ellie, Laura and the whole team are legends. It's nice to see smiling faces, they remember our order and I've seen how they support each other. They make a damned tough job look easy. Thanks so much guys!

Seriously impressed today by the customer service. I always use this Costa, as it feels smaller and friendlier, much like my place of work. Always greeted with a smile, and friendly chat, greeted with a knowledgeable manager that knows what I drink. Brilliant service, which I feel is worthy of mentioning. Keep up the excellent work...coffee is a luxury, which tastes so much better in a welcoming store like this one.

I us this Costa coffee very often. The staff are very friendly always smiling the coffee is consistently high standard. Food perfect. Toilets kept clean. I meet friends and family there. The best.

Visited the Costa Coffee within Next at Bicester Gateway. Ordered coffee and brownie was served by very friendly staff. I sat down to enjoy my break and enjoyed listening to the trio of staff having a right good giggle. Its lovelyvto see/hear staff happy in their work, it runs off on the customers. All in all it was a very pleasant first visit and I shall be back at the weekend with hubby. Time of visit was around 12 30pm, didnt get staff names but hopefully this will get back to them. Tried the new vegan and gluten free butternut squash wrap. The member of staff informed of its mixed reviews and it was very nice. She came back and asked how it was. Great service

Nice and clean. Clearly marked for queuing. Lovely seating space outside. Toilets are clean and attended. Will definitely visit again

Been coming here for a few years, the staff are friendly and work very hard not only making the drinks but keeping everything clean. Drinks have always been excellent.

Went in early am and gave the manager something to to, 8 drinks and was met with a look of amusement but she did her job brilliantly

Love the coffee, way better than Starbucks but the queues can get quite long during peak times.

Very clean store toilets always kept clean and the staff get to know you and make sure your made to feel very welcome.

Enjoyed my time sipping on a flat white having a chat. The staff are also friendly.
