Starbucks

I recently visited Starbucks and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. I had received a car parking charge after staying at Starbucks for 4 hours, but the staff were able to help me get it waived. One gentleman staff member in particular was especially helpful and made a lasting impression on me.

The coffee at Starbucks is always top-notch, and I appreciate their commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability. The cosy atmosphere makes it the perfect place to work or catch up with friends.

Quiet morning visit. Wasn't clear which coffees were ready when called. Coffee and food good as ever.

I very rarely bother with reviews, that being said this is by far the best strawberries and cream frap I’ve had so far, it’s only fair I said something about it. Only shame I can’t remember the staff’s names, they’re all young but definitely know what they’re doing. Good stuff👌

Always confused about what to order but had been recommended to try the blonde roast beans as they are less bitter. Also found out that the drink I liked best is a caramel macchiato. They made it up for me this evening and it was delicious, will definitely be my go to store and drink. Thank you Kelis super helpful. (Please give the girl a fleece she’s freezing at that window in a tee shirt!)

Had ordered delivery, possibly from Sainsbury Starbucks, when Driver came from Deliveroo, the frappuccino was , tipped over and have gone all over other items in a separate bag with two cheese Toasties, and they were absolutely stone cold without realising. I drove it to this restaurant, who informed me that they don’t delivery jumped into action and even though the order was not from them, they replaced it all and also gave me a free coffee in the process. For my time. I spoke to the manager who seem very nice and very apologetic and I really appreciate your face so five stars to this I will be going there again.

Previous experiences at Starbucks have never been good mostly due to lack of dairy free options. However, this one on the A34 has made me want do a review. Excellent service, nice cuppa tea and tasty hot sausage in a roll with dairy free pain au chocolat. Thank you.

Lovely experience going to the drive-through spoke to really nice lady Who was really polite and excellent on her customer service. Didn’t have to wait too long for my order and I had ordered a special drink which was amazing full stars to the whole of the team you guys are brilliant.

Me and my business partner Adam stopped at the Bicester Starbucks drive thru where we was served by Hayley and her team, Service was 10/10 and will definitely stop there again the next time we are working close by. I have been to many Starbucks around the uk and Bicester Starbucks is by far the best one I have ever been too. Thank you

People working there are great despite them being busy at all times.

I went in because I needed a place to use my PC and be calmed and warm. The service was good and staff is friendly. Place was clean and not very crowded.

Clean and tidy, toilets were clean. Service was quick. Plenty of tables.

Closes at 7.30 not 8 as google says but the owner was very nice and let mother go to the bathroom just as they we closing up. Little things in life. Deserves 5 stars

Quick delivery pick up for Deliveroo

I went yesterday and it was a normal, new Starbucks with plenty of friendly, helpful staff and a great skinny chai latte. Maybe these other people are just getting it at a really bad time or something...?

Dropped here on my travels for a business meeting. WiFi was great 50mbps and coffee was top notch

Friendly staff and good tea and coffee. A bit chilly if the sun isn’t beaming through the windows during the day.

Served by a top bloke, Anthony went out of his way to make sure I had everything i needed. Super quick service, no queue, and great coffee 👍😁👍
