I have been doing Pilates for years and recently found Mariella's classes. I learn something new at each class, keeping it interesting and challenging. She is a great teacher, who ensures your technique is correct as well as adjusting techniques and levels for all ages, abilities and injuries. She is passionate and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend her classes.

I recently had some 121 sessions with Mariella to help heal an injury I had incurred to my back. I had never done any kind of dedicated holistic session so was a bit nervous as to what to expect. Mariella put me at ease straight away and spent a lot of time before the actual session getting to know about my injury, so that we could make the most out of our time together. When it came to the actual session, Mariella was extremely patient and always demonstrated the actual move before I did it, to make sure I understood and that my form was correct. This way of working has really helped me and allowed me to do the exercises by myself at home. Mariella was the utmost professional and genuinely cared about my progress. Mariella also recommended some equipment that would help my injury and it has made all the difference!

I feel that I am well on my way to recovery and to commence my normal high intensity workouts. If you’re looking for a professional, patient and dedicated instructor then I would sincerely recommend Mariella! You won’t be disappointed.
