The New Court Inn

We had Sunday lunch at The New Court. It was 1st class. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The Beef was unbelievabley tender and the portions were so generous. The children had chicken and that was really tender and tasty. All served with Yorkshire puddings and cauliflower cheese.The service was really good with everyone being friendly and welcoming. Definitely reccomend this place .

Really lovely lunch . V friendly lady. Walnut pate superb very different. Grazing menu was very good value and good scotch eggs.

Had my birthday lunch with friends on 12th January 2024. There were six of us and we were all impressed with the lovely food and the inn itself which was warm and cosy on a very cold day. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again.

Went for Sunday lunch on 4th Feb. The meal was fantastic. Service great too. Place is Lovely warm and cosy. Definitely going back.

Lovely Inn, excellent service and delicious food (especially the cheddar soufflé!). Really good location just a short walk to Usk town square. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Pippa the server was amazing and so friendly she was so kind we had the lunch special menu fish and chios and chicken in breadcrumbs and triple cooked chips so reasonable and a generous amount and home made sorbet and ice cream it was delicious will definitely be coming again 100 per cent recommended

Had a lovely lunch at the New Court Inn today. The food was great and a very friendly gentleman behind the bar. Perfect!

Well what can i say. This place is like the Tardis & i mean that in a good way.
Had a fabulous evening meal here & the breakfast was to be honest second to none.
Great staff, friendly & welcoming the atmosphere in this chill place is just amazing background chill tunes on it was an absolute fabulous night we had here.
So if you want the above go here we spent 1 night but booking shortly for 2 so we can look around Usk area.

Staff are very friendly, accommodation was great and in a suitable place for our needs. Breakfast was very good and we ate in there for lunch on one day and the sharing plates were good value. Will visit again for food we were relatively local but in Using for a wedding.

Nice clean tidy room with comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was amazing. Hosts very friendly and efficient. Arrived at 20:30 and there was no food available. Beer was great. good value.

I've not been there a lot. Maybe 4 or 5 times, but it's really growing on me. I especially like the bar snacks, they're really excellent value, and quite delicious too! I think this pub is quietly becoming something of a gem. Do Go!

We had Sunday lunch today for my son's Birthday ,me and my daughter had chicken and my son had beef,we enjoyed it very much,there was cauliflower cheese in a different dish and carrots,cabbage and broccoli in two separate dishes,the staff are very nice and the place is clean and tidy.

Didn't eat just had a drink, funky vibe, lush decor, it's 600 years old and Most Haunted was filmed there. Chilled place could tell by the character. Fab area too. Great friendly staff. Will go back

Can't recommend enough. Lovely old pub with very nice beer garden. Excellent choice of drinks. Very friendly staff. Stuart the manager was very accommodating for our hungry baby and got the food out for her very quickly. The food was delicious, just could've done with more chips! Will certainly be visiting as often as possible.

We only popped in as we were passing, but it was an amazing find! Will definitely be returning

The service was really good, and the staff were so friendly. The food was incredible also, I had the bruschetta and the caesar salad - would defiantly recommend both dishes.

My father had the burger and soufflé, and he would also recommend (especially the chips).

Came to £50 all together which included 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 drinks!

Decent ales and great Sunday lunch

Excellent people here. We were going to be at a wedding this weekend when my husband had an accident and shattered his hand so no driving. After a 4hr operation and me explaining the details to the hotel they waived the fee and cancelled the booking our friends had made on our behalf. Well done and thank you so very much. Seasonal veggies, not frozen ones. Tender slow cooked beef, tasty gravy. It was really easy to book a table online too.

Good atmosphere. Attentive staff and good food, health and safety is adhered to very well, screens in place and hand sanitisation is available at multiple locations. Whoring a mask is compulsory if not sat down at a table or sat in the rear garden. We well advise to have the steak, good prices with a top meal
