Genuinely really impressive service, service that you don't often receive these days - especially not in pet stores!
Team member went above and beyond when we were searching for a specific style/size of harness and found out extra details (including the fact that it had been discontinued - but was proactive in suggesting we go to another store to collect & offered to call to put it aside) I picked up a couple of chews too and they made me aware that one was filled with rawhide (which I accidently picked up - as rawhide is a MAJOR no-go for us)
We visited the St. Neots store on Friday 20th October @ around 1430. Don't usually like chain pet stores, but this experience has changed my mind about this store 100% (pic of Ru who was helped)

Our first visit to Pets Corner in St.Neots. Lovely, friendly team and very knowledgeable about products. Good, helpful advice about right food and dental care for our Golden Retriever. Thanks, we'll see you soon.

Just love petscorner in st neots. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Our dogs love it in there. Especially when they get their ice creams .

When my 6-month-old puppy's food didn’t arrive from Amazon in time I called Pets Corner for advice as I had no option but to change her food. I was greeted by a very helpful gentleman that said to come into the store and he would talk me through my options.

When I was in store the gentleman helped me find suitable food that was the most similar to the one my pup was used to.

I also mentioned another issue that I'd been having with her peeing on my floor after 2 months of having no issues. He advised me to use their stain and odour remover rather than just an anti-bac as she could probably still smell it and it will be encouraging her to go in the same place.

I was also warned that my pup might have an upset stomach due to the new food and if it didn’t agree with her I could return the food and get my money back which was very reassuring.

We are on day 4 now and she loves her new food and her stomach is fine, and the spray worked! No more peeing on the kitchen floor.

Trent at St Neots branch was so helpful with his advice. My dog Millie was having issues with eating and Trent recommended a food which she loved and has put all the weight she lost back on. Would highly recommend

Been visiting the store to purchase items for my dogs for more than 10years, staff have always been friendly and helpful. We recently got a new puppy and have enjoyed the socialisation group meeting in store (&the 10% discount) i look forward to many more visits.

We wanted new, more nutritious food for our dog that would also be sustainable. We decided to move away from a bigger chain to a smaller UK business, to get more personal advice. Trent was great, he wanted to know more about our dog, her needs and was curious to know what was lacking in her current diet. He took time to talk us through, in detail, all the best options for our dog, listing all ingredients and why they would be good for her diet. He helped us find one that would suit her but also our budget! Trent was very knowledgeable and confident when speaking with us. His passion for animals really came through and he truly cared and worked with us to find the best food. He gave us fantastic advice! Our dog has now transitioned onto Yora and is LOVING it (he also advised us on how to transition and how to get her excited for her new food - yes we did fuss the bag and try a biscuit ourselves!). Thank you for your time, Trent, we had a tailored and considered experience with you where our dog and her well-being was at the heart and centre <3

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My puppy was able to try on the harness and walk around the store to make sure it was comfortable. Excellent service.

I’ve been buying pet food for my dogs here for quite a while now. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Throughout the pandemic when the shop remained open, staff were still smiling and helpful. Well done to Jess and the team. Always a pleasure to go in there and my dogs love it there too!

Really good selection of high quality puppy/dog food and treats in stock. Clean and tidy store with staff on hand to help out with Knowledge and details on products.

Trent was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I visited looking for food for our 13 year old Bedlington terrier who has allergy problems.

Fantastic experience, brilliant store!
Myself and my partner went into the store to buy toys for our first puppy. We were approached by a member of staff who gave us leaflets and lots of information on puppies and the breed we had chosen. Toys to buy for puppy’s and treats. She also gave us nutritional advise. She informed of us of puppy hour. We had a fantastic experience and will go back again!
