I'm in here alot. It's an Iceland at the end of the day, you've been in one then you've been in them all. However this Iceland gets its high rating purely for the staff, they are all very kind and willing to help. Never too busy to assist you and even happy to have a little gab and a laugh when serving you on the tills. It's customer service don't right and I can't fault them for anything.

Only place (including amazon) that I could buy what I needed. Has improved tremendously over last 5 years. Friendly staff. Fresh as well as frozen. Cheap for soft drinks and sweets.

Very nice and friendly staff. Ideally situated on market square so great for car parks and public transport. Easy access for pushchairs and wheelchairs as wide aisles and all on one level. Prices very clear and great value for money. Also offer home delivery service free if spend over £25.00. Special offers change every week. Always clean and shelves always restocked regularly.

We come on 10% day every little helps!!! and we have it delivered which is wonderful for my husband

Iceland is a very low priced shop. You can fill up a shopping trolley very reasonably. Mainly frozen food, but they do stock enough other items, for example, fruit and veg, milk, butter, cheese, bread, canned foods, some pet foods, toiletries and alcohol. As well as other items. Many bags of frozen foods can be purchased for £1 a bag (sometimes 89p) There is parking across the road on the market square, also parking behind, next to Waitrose. They offer a free delivery service, for orders over £25.00

Nice little store, shelves always full and friendly service staff.

Every time I visit, the cashiers are always super friendly. Unlike many other supermarkets, the staff here actually appear to want to be there.

Love iceland! Great selection of products, good prices and service is quick. No dedicated car park for the store and only a short stay one nearby so a little bit of a bind

I have been going for more than ten years, whatever I have bought was first class. whenever I shop large my items are delivered to my door.
