Having recently moved to the city and without a bath, I knew washing the dog would be a nightmare. This place is a game changer, amazing facilities and super helpful staff. £9.99 for a small dog . including towels, products, hot, water, hot air and even an apron for me.

I have had 4 hamsters in the past and went here to purchase my daughter’s hamster. I was very impressed with the staff members knowledge and how they put the welfare of the animal first; making sure I had a suitable cage etc before they would let me purchase an animal. All the animals in the shop had large cages that were clean and well looked after. I do not normally leave reviews but I was really impressed with their ethics and knowledge and would definitely go there again.

Staff are always helpful. Always enjoy seeing the birds. Would recommend as they are very knowledgeable about their products.

I did not make any purchase, but the shopkeeper was very knowledgeable and passionate about their birds and willing to explain all the pros and cons of owning one. You can see they are cared for and loved.

One of, if not THE friendliest, most helpful staff I’ve ever come across. If you ever need anything they don’t have in stock, they’ll always do their best to find it for you. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff or the store!

Bought my daughter a new hamster for her 14th birthday present as her original one died a week before, shop was clean and tidy, easy to navigate and the staff were very helpful.

Brilliant range of products, and the Christmas stuff is absolutely beautiful with loads to choose from. Great pick and mix with dog friendly sweets, treats and chews! Definitely, will buy all my dog's stocking presents in this shop, and even cheese! Lovely customer service also with a greeted hello.

My Local Pet shop is lovely. All staff are very friendly and helpful, even the dog gets a little treat sometimes! Well stocked up and lots of choice. My family have Been coming hear for several years with our past Rabbits, hamsters and now Dog.

Wow such a helpful place with great staff.

Went in to grab a new coat for the dog, but we where helped thebminture we went in till the moment we left.

They offered treats to the dog, answered all our questions especially our 8 year olds questions, let us try on coats and keep the one on the the dog liked.

Great place will definitely go and tell friends to go too as well.
