Purchased a Giant Trance 2 from RM Cycles this week. Deposit paid Monday. Confirmed and paid through Cyclescheme on Wednesday late afternoon.
Bike arrived this morning at 8:28, Friday.
At every point the team at RM Cycles were great.
The overall experience was fantastic and I’m so pleased with the bike.
Thank you to all involved and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Sorted me right out on my Cannondale warranty. Bike rides like a dream, service was outstanding. Their communication was great, I was slightly anxious it would have been a tricky situation but Kam and the seem were a dream team. The shop is sick too, definitely will go back and recommend!

I highly recommend RM Cycles, their service is first class and they have an excellent range of bikes, of all types, and accessories. They have recently done an excellent job on my neglected, but much loved, bike and although they are a long way from where I live they are fully worth the journey.

Popped into RM cycles today and received another great service from Chris. He quickly checked over my bike, after a low speed crash and took me through some handlebar options. Glad to have such a good bike shop on my doorstep. Thank you

Great customer service, bought my first full suspension bike. Tom spent a lot of time fitting the bike to my needs, swapping a few things around. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Bought Momentum Transend GTS Bumblebee. I would definitely buy from these guys again. Friendly, helpful, always answered the phone quickly, bike came so well packed that if it fell off a 3 storey building it would have been OK. Also, the description said some minor marks but I couldn't find any. The bike's perfecting I'm fussy.

I Bought a bike from RM Cycles and then changed my mind as I wanted another model, the team were so helpful and accommodated me all the way with the change. I then visited the shop that was extremely well stocked. All the staff were extremely helpful and I was assisted loading the bike into my vehicle.

Bought a bike from RM cycles via their website. After completing the purchase RM cycles highlighted that they had incorrectly listed the bike at a significantly reduced price. They graciously honoured the purchased price and the bike delivered the following week.

I'm understandably delighted with my new bike and can wait to use it for the upcoming triathlon/time trial season.

Ordered a giant trance x1. I felt the bike was a little on the large size for my style of riding even though it was a good fit generally. RM cycles sorted the return collection and delivery of the new size. No hassle at all for me and everything was sorted within a few days.

Fantastic customer service!! I found the shop via their eBay page and messaged them with a slightly odd request in which they went above and beyond to help accommodate my needs. They held my deposit and bike frame for almost 2 weeks, and then sent via tracked next day delivery once paid off. Cannot fault the team one bit, and I am delighted with my experience. Bought a Giant Trance e+ 3 Pro end of May 2020 and was very pleased with the process and service. They very kindly converted to Tubeless Tyres, fitted new pedals and added a front mudguard as part of the service

Wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to the guys at RM Cycles.

Today on my ride and 30miles in to Tenterden, my di2 battery died. I managed to limp it to their shop and had a warm welcome, they checked everything and even charged my battery….they saved my ride being so far out. Watching the mechanics was brilliant they looked and work like professionals. I forgot the owners name by the time I got home but what a great bloke…..thank you.

While I was waiting for my bike I couldn’t believe how good the shop was and products they had on the shelf….really impressed…..looking forward to a trip soon. To anyone reading this it won’t be a wasted journey to see these guys 👌🏼👍
