Just been to this brilliant vast shop,the stock they have is massive ,everything you need for your outdoor life.the staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need and the best advice to get it right.this is definitely the best of these stores.

After being let down by another company,who sent me a damaged bike for my sons Christmas present I came here to get some help. Sam F was absolutely amazing in giving some advice. I bought the perfect bike with Sam's help and am getting a refund from the first place.

Big shop, pleasant atmosphere and quick on the queues without making the customer feel as though they just wanted to take their money and get them out.
Unfortunately we didn't get the name of the young lady that served us at the till but she was lovely and did her job well.

Always love gooutdoors, one if my fav shops. Came here today to buy some parts for my bike, but normally its for camping equipment, but when you are here you always need to check out the gadgets :). There are generally good offers on so some bargins to be had, also if you can find the same thing online cheaper of a reputable site they will beat it by 10% so worth looking on line too. The staff are always helpful. Highly reccomended. Thanks

After contacting GO online and recieving
a frustrating, unprofessional service, it left a bitter taste in the mouth and I was reluctant to shop here again. However this store couldn't be further from the online experience I had - helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

If your looking to return or price match, just rock up to the shop, trust me- don't bother with the online agents who are paid to save GO money by scrimping their way out of things.

This outdoor and sports related retail outlet is pleasure to enter. There seems to be everything anyone could need. The staff are very pleasant and equally knowledgeable. Brilliant.

Fantastic service at this store today. They very kindly gave me a refund on a pair of boots that I purchased several months ago.The boots did not fit when I took them home after trying them on with walking socks ( I know !!, I should have taken my walking socks with me to the store ) .The boots were in perfect condition They could have refused my refund, they did not, now that's what I call good customer service

Visited for size references mostly to buy online but managed to find everything we needed at reasonable prices. Used both go outdoors membership and blue light card discount which was surprising we could use both. Staff where helpful, changing rooms disabled friendly and also disabled friendly toilet on site. We didn't bring our dogs but was good to see that you could bring them along with water by the door for them. Sanitizer was also available on entry.

Brilliant place to buy things for the great outdoors. Only £5 a year for a discount card & get great saving on products. Would recommend getting a discount card even if u only go a few times a year.
