Went in to purchase some new laptops for work. Jason introduced himself and said he was around if we needed anything. I liked that he wasn’t pushy and let us look around ourselves to get a feel for the different options. We were there for 2 hours and Jason was always to hand if we had any questions about the models. He explained everything clearly and helped us understand what we needed. Great customer service and we will definitely be back

Had a problem with our NINJA Airfryer with discolouration with it being white. Thought exchanging it might be an issue due to being cosmetic but after only 6 weeks we were really disappointed with the product.Teresa at Currys Wigan was super helpful and had absolutely no problem with helping to exchange. She made it very simple and was a pleasure to deal with...thank you.

Went looking for TV for our bedroom along with a wall bracket.
A very helpful and patient young man named Sam dealt with us. He was knowledgeable and took time to get us a discount on a bundle. Hope his boss reads this.

Marcus was very helpful today when purchasing a new washing machine went out of his way to help find the right one I needed. Was very informative and showed me how to operate the lift. Excellent team member

Really friendly staff who went out of their way to secure the best deal possible for the new white goods and electricals for me to move into my new apartment. The manager and his assistant must have spent the best part of an hour with us finding the best alternatives to those items that were out of stock.

Already knew what I wanted,helpful assistant found it, then all counter staff seemed to have technical stuff to do. So a delay in payment. Overall a good experience.

We were particularly impressed with Sarah at the Wigan branch. In the store she gave us excellent advice and guidance, which as none technical people was made understandable to us. Sarah followed through with a query regarding the length of warranty on the TV and called back when she had got the answer for us which was some two weeks later when it would have been easy to forget about us. Thanks Sarah.
