I bought a car from Mark back in February. Absolutely fantastic service from going to view, to then buying. Mark was not pushy at all when I went to view, and answered any questions I had.
A week or so after buying the car, I had a slight issue with the windscreen washers, which Mark sorted straight away. I then had a similar issue after the warranty had ran out so I contacted Mark, he told me to come in, and he got it sorted and didn’t charge for this.

Bought a VW 2015 caddy maxi from Mark . He is a nice friendly guy to deal with -it was my frist van I have had. After buying the van, a couple of months later there was an issue (a common one that can occur with the VW caddy) He went above and beyond to sort it out in for me without grumbles . I would highly recommend buying a van from this dealership as I feel they can be trusted.

Bought a Renault trafic in early October as an upgrade to my current vivaro . Mark was so helpful and not pushy give me the keys and left me to look around the van. Fabulous service, great communication. We bought a car in June this year, Mark was really helpful and sorted everything out for us and told us all about the car. The car has been fabulous and will be back in a couple of years to upgrade, would recommend for anyone to go here for great value car with plenty of choice with new cars arriving all the time.

We also hired a storage container from Mark, again fabulous service. The container was clean, weatherproof and securely locked and securely located, we never had any issues with accessing our container would again recommend to anyone who needs a storage container, well worth it.

I recently bought a car for my 18 year old daughter for her birthday from Gronant Car Sales and I have to say that the service was impeccable. Despite the constraints of Covid-19 they ensured that they moved mountains to get the car to us on time for her birthday. Mark and his team were amazing and I cannot thank them enough.

The aftercare is top quality and this is now the first of many cars that we will be purchasing from them.

Fantastic place, bought our car from here. Mark was wonderful and so helpful. I was that impressed that my 2 nephews cars were also bought from here and so was other my family members. Easy to deal with and very helpful. Especially when my nephew had a problem and couldnt change tyre to spare, they came out and showed him how to do it for next time.

Bought a Renault Capturc for my wife from Gronant Car Sales. Got the part exchange value I hoped for. I didn't spot some slight damage to a wing mirror but Mark did when it had a Pre delivery valet. He pointed it out and replaced it. Pleasant and painless transaction. I found Mark to be really personable and helpful. Will definitely go back and have already thoroughly recommended him.

Had some problems with car which was under warranty. Mark was so helpful. He attended the house and did all he could to rectify the problem but it needed specialist repair. Mark went out of his way to get everything sorted. He kept me informed of progress at all times. Brilliant customer care. I know where to go for my next vehicle.
