Bought a new bale handler off the web site. Was advertised as free delivery. First problem I had was I had to collect it my self. Second problem was when I collected it it was damaged. The man in the fermoy store told me "that's why you got it cheap they would normally dearer than that"
When I contacted Joe over the online he told me the same thing but admitted it wasn't advertised that it was damaged.
A month has passed and still no joy from this company. The matter is now with consumer affairs.
Be very careful buying from this company!
