This place isn't just a cafe it's a gold mine.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly and welcoming. The vegetable soup that I had today was absolutely magic it's the best soup that I've ever had in a restaurant, so good I had seconds. My wife had a massive slice of chocolate cake, which she said was very nice.

Will I be back? DEFINITELY!!!
Would I recommend this cafe? DEFINITELY!!

Lovely food and excellent cake.
Stayed the night in their accommodation too which was a welcome rest while doing Hadrian's Wall walk

Very welcoming coffee house, we stopped for a coffee but stayed for lunch. The steak pie was stacked with beef! I had crisps with my pie not salad, my partner had jacket potato which was beautifully cooked with lots of extras. The servers were friendly and attentive, as well as welcoming to our two noisy terriers.Would definately stop by if we pass again

My wife and I went here twice this weekend and it was amazing. The staff were very cheerful and I can honestly say that the apple pie was the best I have ever had. Also my wife had the egg custard tart was the best she has ever had and she has eaten a lot of cake in her lifetime :)

We popped in for a cuppa on the way back from Hexham. It wasn't far off closing time but we recieved a very warm, friendly welcome. I am dairy intolerant and they were so helpful to find me a delicious cake to eat. The vegan Berry and lemon cheesecake was incredible, so tasty. My other half had lemon meringue and said it was amazing too.
Will definitely be back. Thank you!

What a lovely place, we stopped off to have a break and caught just before it closed.

They had a wonderful selection of cakes on offer. We had tea and chocolate cake, also apple pie and ice cream served outside in the sunshine.

Staff were really friendly and made us feel welcomed, a perfect way to re-energise before carrying our long drive back South.

The food was lovely. The staff were friendly and cheerful. They looked after us perfectly, making sure I was comfortable with my back injury and were interested in the fact we were catching up with a friend we hadn't seen in 50 years. Couldn't fault them. Thank you 😊

Excellent experience. One is always made to feel like a VIP, with prompt attention with a smile. The food is delicious and fresh. Even a simple sandwich is elevated to a higher level with good ingredients and the cakes and deserts are lip smacking good.

Amazing coffee house. The food is always spot on and the staff and owner and very friendly and accommodating. Quick service. Never disappoints. Can alway get a table even if it is very busy (which it usually is unsurprisingly). Thank you.

Excellent cafe in what was old pub on A68/Military Road roundabout.
Lovely selection of cakes and coffee/tea with reasonable range of meals/snacks.
Hadrian's wall walk passes through the car park so no excuse not to call in if doing the walk.
Cheerful, helpful staff make this a 'must visit' cafe.

GREAT PLACE TO STOP WHATEVER WAY YOU'RE TRAVELLING

Wonderfully welcoming with a great selection of cakes, tarts, pies, scones and all kinds of desserts.

I arrived mid afternoon and had a ham and peas pudding granary sandwich, served with crisps and a salad garnish. The ham was thick and flavoursome and the peas pudding the best I've ever had.

To see everything listed simply on their menu, together with chalkboards of daily specials, you really wouldn't expect much. So, to be served such delicious food and a large slice of millionaires shortcake with the thickest layers of caramel and milk chocolate I've ever tasted, made me appreciate everything all the more.

Make Errington Coffee House your destination for meeting friends, not just a stop on route to somewhere else.

Absolutely beautiful place. An old pub converted to a tea room.
The devour was wonderful, the paintings and pictures gave it a warming feeling.

Service was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. But the cakes! Lots to choose from and freshly made! I wish I could have tried them all!

Perfect little rest stop along Hadrian’s Wall!!

Originally The Errington Arms Pub now a Coffee House. Lovely staff and food is very well presented and great quality.
If service and quality are what your after look no further. One stop off you’ll love.
Tons of parking spaces. Some out door seats great for summer.
I’ve been going since it opened but not too often as I’m not that way much, but when I’m passing even if I’m not hungry I’ll just stop for tea/coffee.

Excellent coffee stop on the A68. Great food and well priced. It's not a diner, it's a coffee shop with ideal menu to match. Nice cakes and scones.! Seating in or out. Brilliant service. 👍🏻👍🏻

Pleasing, traditional ambiance in a stone-built former coaching inn with open fires. Clearly very popular. A good choice of traybakes, cakes and scones.

Called in for a light lunch, don't expect large fancy dinners, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, pie and salad are the most exotic but fresh and very tasty and it leaves you with enough room for a fantastic sweet, all homemade and loads to choose from, a difficult choice, I will definitely have to go back to try them all, then topped off with a lovely latte (other teas and coffee's available )
