Just what we needed on a wet Wednesday in Corbridge. Delicious, fresh food in a cute café. Recommended the mini afternoon tea, just enough and not too much. Staff very friendly.

Really nice, cozy tea room. Christine was very helpful and the ladies working there were amazing. Nice and clean. Afternoon tea was lovely. All freshly made and tasted great... Also dog friendly. My first experience of Corbridge and if that's anything to go by I'm going to miss leaving...

Lovely calm airy café away from the hustle of the roads. Dog friendly which was really appreciated - come upstairs and sit on the comfy sofas by the open window to the little close behind the cafe, and enjoy the high wooden beamed ceiling and a nice light lunch and cup of coffee. Easy and stress free, freshly made food.

Lentil and vegetable soup was perfect. The egg sandwiches were perfect as was the filter coffees and I have never seen my mum enjoy a jam and cream scone as much as she did there. The tea room is welcoming and the service is kind and prompt . Loved every minute of it thank you

My favourite place to go for a cheese scone. Have to say the fruit ones are great too.
I often have a bowl of hearty soup and a scone for lunch here.

We sat upstairs on comfy sofas overlooking a courtyard. Coffee great and the christmassy turkey bap was brimming with all the trimmings plus cranberry sauce served separately (I like to add my own as I go.) Welcoming staff throughpout our visit

We visited here last Saturday on a seriously hot day and ordered the ice cream milkshakes. The lady serving was super friendly and attentive. Service was quick and the ice cream milkshakes are incredible!!! Gorgeous little Tea Room! Will be back soon.

Best cyclist friendly cafe in Corbridge.

Friendly and very accommodating with fab cakes. Caught in bad weather on a long bike ride they stayed open till we arrived and invited us all in with lashings of hot coffee and cake.
Much appreciated - really did go the extra mile for the customer. Will definitely be back and can't recommend enough.

Lovely little cafe with downstairs and upstairs dining. Very friendly, professional staff. The breakfast is the best I've had for a long time, cooked to perfection and very tasty. We will return to this lovely little cafe.

Excellent gluten free options.
Friendly welcoming helpful staff.
I now plan bike rides and walks around whether I can happen to be near Corbridge when they are open.
Things to know:
- they have a fully gluten free cream tea
- they can make that gf cream tea low dairy if you ask
- the filter coffee is bottomless.. maybe don't get carried away with this and then plan to cycle back to Newcastle with no further stops
- the bathroom is upstairs
- I don't believe the premises are wheelchair accessible. Certainly the main entrance is a narrow doorway with a small step due to the nature of buildings in Corbridge
- similarly you can't park outside (very narrow roads) but would need to walk from the square or do a hover drop off and hope the person behind you in the one way system is patient.

Lovely quaint tea room with fabulously fresh sandwiches and very friendly staff. Seating upstairs and down (toilet is upstairs). Didn't try the cakes but they looked fab. Would definitely go again if back in Corbridge.

Corbridge is a lovely visit, and has a lot of Tea rooms, so Massey's has to be good. It is!
Soups, sandwiches and wraps, salad, gluten free options - there's a good selection and at good prices. But the main thing is that it's a nice place to sit and enjoy a moment

Lovely polite and friendly staff, scones are amazing and the hot drinks are very nice too. There was a comfy sofa and lots of tables. I think the staff made this a particularly pleasant place to visit. :)
