We got Jon to install a new boiler to replace our old one and we're very happy with everything all round. Jon is quick to respond and does a very professional job and was very polite and tidy. We had a small issue with the new boiler a couple of days after and Jon got it resolved for us straight away that day. Highly recommend and we will be using again in future. Thanks.

Jon quoted for a boiler replacement for our house. The quote was fair and came with a 10 year warranty. He clearly explained our options and was very efficient and friendly.

Jon always provides an excellent and professional service, he fitted 11 new radiators for me at the start of May and then returned last week to fit new shower bar both jobs were completed quickly. I needed a heating engineer to repair my gas boiler and central heating system after being let down by others. JGM Heating was recommended by friends and on contacting Jon (the J of JGM) I found him to be professional and effective from the start. An initial appointment to assess my system resulted in a diagnosis of issues and as he promised, a detailed plan and costed quote to repair and update the boiler, system and control electronics followed within 2 days. I accepted and booked a start date about a week later. When working, Jon takes great care to minimise dirt and disruption, is on time, courteous and friendly as appropriate and above all, professional and effective. And the result? A clever re-design and implementation of my CH system that is now far more effective than it was when new. I highly recommend JGM Heating Ltd!

My 30 year old boiler finally died just before I was going away, last week, Jon arranged everything for me and completed the work whilst I was away, phoning me and updating me on what he was doing so I didn’t worry. I came home to a warm tidy house which was brilliant. I highly recommend his services as it was a huge job and he finished on time and cleaned everything up and took it all away. Thanks Jon

Jon recently replaced our old back boiler system with a combi boiler. He did a fantastic job. He is a great guy and very efficient and cleans up as he goes along. Can't praise his work highly enough. We will definitely use him for any work in the future and will thoroughly recommend him to anyone requiring any heating work doing.

Came out short notice to remove a radiator for us. Great at communicating and extremely tidy and respectful whilst carrying out the work. Will continue to use JGM for all future work.

We contacted Jon on Friday and he came and fitted a new boiler on Tuesday. It wasn’t a straightforward swap but Jon put in a long day to finish the job. He provided an excellent service and a did a very professional job. Highly recommended.

Phoned Jon this morning to ask if he was able to fit my gas cooker in new flat. Not only did he agree to come out same day but turned up on time helped me get a piece of furniture in that our lass couldn't lift and did the job in no time at all. Very friendly and helpful would have no problem recommending.

Our usual plumber/gas fitter was on holiday. Our kitchen fitter was suddenly available to refit our kitchen to accommodate the new gas cooker. A friend recommended Jon, l literally contacted Jon by phone, he told me he could be available for us the following day. At 1230pm as good as his word he was with us and the new cooker installed. Jon fitted in perfectly with the kitchen fitters and worked in with them when installing the appliance.
Our usual plumber retires soon. I have no hesitation about Jon becoming our regular plumber.
Jon is a great communicator and tells you everything you need to know. We even received an message with a map showing Jon’s location when he was enroute to us.
Definitely to be recommended.
