The Woodbridge Vets

My dog Merlin was seen within 20 minutes of my phone call. Kyle explained what he thought was wrong, and the best way to investigate and treat Merlin 's stomach problem. Merlin was admitted for the day, tests and a scan revealed nothing sinister, so he came home that evening, with a check up the next morning to make sure he was recovering. I can't recommend the attention and treatment enough from Joan, Mark and Kyle, all very reassuring knowing your pet is treated as one of their own, nothing is too much trouble for the whole team.

After getting very frustrated and disappointed over the years by the way that some vets seem to be placing profit over the true welfare of my dogs, I recently found this surgery- and have been very pleased.

It’s been heartening to find a vet who puts the animals’ wellbeing front and centre of what they do. And it doesn’t hurt that they are particularly lovely people, too.

This was my first time at Woodbridge Vets & I was greeted at reception with a smile and some treats for my sprocker spaniel
I didn’t have to wait long as my appointment was on time
I was then greeted by Dr Kat who carefully examined my Sprocker called Sweetie who is 13 + years and following her examination I was advised on options regarding Sweeties treatment.
Dr Kat made me aware of cost & options & I felt fully informed throughout the process.
I would definitely recommend this vet to friends &family

I was recommended to the practice following concerns with previous care. Kyle listened to my concerns and made me feel reassured over the management of my kittens health issues. He took time to explain and answer any questions I have. I highly recommend the practice.

Outstanding vets. On holiday our Beardie collapsed and had to be put to sleep. Their sympathy and treatment were absolutely wonderful.

The BEST Vets....personable and caring! Rudy had to visit today with a limp on his back leg. He's a large, strong, nervous boy and I always worry beforehand, but Dr Laurie is so good with him. I wouldn't go anywhere else.....highly recommend 👌

Our first visit to the Woodbridge Vet and we were really pleased with the service we received and the environment. The premises are purpose built with a large waiting room for pets and their owners. The consulting room was large and fit for purpose. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and the Vet we saw was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us with the service we required. He also went to the trouble of emailing us some information following the consultation. Very impressed.

We followed our vet Kyle over to his and Laurie's new practice without hesitation. Kyle has by far been the best vet we've had the pleasure of looking after our beloved pets. Both he and Laurie while professional are so easy to get along with and listen to us, we may not have their knowledge or expertise but we know our animals and they fully respect that. They simply genuinely care for each and every one of their patients, which far exceeds the money side of things. I recommend them both to all my fellow pet owned friends and am so pleased but not surprised that their own practice is such a huge success. Thank you all, every single person makes the practice what it is! Quite frankly 5 stars are not enough!!!

Kyle and Laurie have been looking after my dog Bailey since he was a puppy, he is 3 years old tomorrow. When they set up their own independent practice last year there was no question we would move as well. I cannot recommend this practice enough, Bailey has always received first rate treatment. From the wonderful vets, through to the nurses and receptionists (special mention for lovely Joan and Mark, and of course Harry Mark's rescue Collie) there is the feeling of a real team. They should be really proud of what they have achieved in such a short time!

Fantastic vets. Take our English Bulldogs Lenny & Arnie to see them when needed and they always offer a first class service. Kind, warm and attentive and really make you feel like your beloved pets are their own and treat them as such. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for the best veterinary care for their pets.

Woodbridge Vets are amazing, nothing is to much trouble and they are very thorough, always happy to see you and your dog, and always very thoughtful. Lovely team of professionals. Django always feels better when he leaves, well nearly every time xx

Everyone at The Woodbridge vets are always welcoming and helpful. The vets spend the time to explain the treatment plan. Reception staff are always welcoming.

The practice is one word FABULOUS the kindness and care they show to the pets and owners is second to none. I have been registered with a number of vets in the past, but this practice is by far better than the others, even our dogs love going to visit. Its not just about the amazing vets Laurie and Kyle, its the front of house staff Joan and Mark and the nursing team who make you feel calm and I know when my dogs and cats are left in their safe hands, that's what they are safe! Very pleased with our 1st visit. Really nice vet (Kyle). Love the fact that they like the animal to be able to see the same vet every time where possible.
Daisy has mild pneumonia but we really liked the fact that they didn't ask for a follow up but leave it to your own knowledge of your pet and trust you to decide if you feel they need to be seen again. Having moved from a different area of England, I have been used to vets always stating they wish to see the animal again in a weeks time, when they will always be happy to charge you a full consultation fee but with just a £5 discount despite it being their decision to have the consultation. That sort of attitude leaves you with the feeling that you are being ripped off. We left Woodbridge Vets feeling that they believe in mutual trust and are working for the best for both animal and owner rather than their budget,

We had to put our 13 year old pooch to sleep last week. I would highly commend Woodbridge Vets for their sensitivity and care on this emotional day. Jack went down with a belly full of roast chicken. The care along the way has been nothing short of excellent.

I can't thank Kyle and all of the team enough,my boy Buddy is reactive and visits to the vets are traumatic for him ,he has had 2 operations within 10 weeks the care and compassion that he has had from Kyle and the nurses has been fantastic.He is now a happy and pain-free boy.All of my anxious phone calls to Joan were answered the same day by Kyle and I was always reassured and never felt that I was waisting his time.I will always take Buddy there and,cant thankyou all enough.

Woodbridge Vets were recommended to me as I wanted to find a vet who would listen to me and not dismiss my concerns. They are fantastic. Right from the ease of parking to the welcome from the reception team and then the care your pet receives from the vet and the veterinary team. You can see the same vet if you want so they really get to know your pets and always ask if you have any questions. My dogs favourite person is most likely Joan on Reception as she always has chicken or liver treats! We adopted another dog who is very fearful of people and the care that Kyle showed and also giving him his Kennel Cough vaccine on a piece of chicken rather than it going up his nose was second to none. If you are looking for a vet that treats your pet in-house and also with person centred care then this is the vet for you.

They saw Misty as an emergency when her leg was hurt, when I phoned the vet was just about to go into surgery, but due to the close proximity of where I live to the vets (5 mins), agreed to see her immediately, they took excellent care of her, reassured me (I had to leave her for sedation and stitches) all in all a great service. Can't say enough positive words! Absolutely amazing practice. Dr Kyle Eadie is an amazing vet who has the patience to answer all your questions and gives you all the time you need. Cannot fault the reception staff either. Extremely helpful and lovely people.

Absolutely brilliant vets, always seen quickly and never felt rushed with appointments. Didn’t feel pressured in treatments as even though more expensive treatments were available they recommended the cheaper options.
