Vets4Pets Ipswich Martlesham

We have been taking our elderly Siamese cat to Vets4Pets since shortly after the COVID outbreak started, and the vets and staff there have looked after her so well. They have been kind, compassionate and really professional throughout her time in their care.

We switched to here from the Ipswich Vets4Pets after several times we had advice we really weren't happy with and we're so happy we switched to here. All the vets are nice and informative, we feel listened to and they take into account our opinions rather than just jumping to the first conclusion. Multiple times I've been able to return an unused pack of medication for money back when it's turned out we didn't end up needing them. Reception is very friendly, they definitely go the extra mile and our dogs usually get a little treat from them too.

Even my dog likes the vets here. Always relaxed and friendly staff and I love the text reminders about medication due dates.

The vet Joe is an amazing communicator he takes time to examine and explain in detail. He is so helpful and practical. The best Vet we've seen in a very long time!

I have used Vets4pets at Martlesham for many years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else: all the vets and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take great care of my cat and treat her very well.

Just joined due to being recommended by friend and Johan was so lovely and took his time to explain things along with an understanding that we don’t have pet insurance or lots of money. He reassured us and even said he would come in on his day off if needed which is so kind and amazing I wished we had moved to this practice sooner.

I took my new puppy Willow for her vaccination at Vets 4Pets in Martlesham, the staff and vet were very helpful and answered any questions explaining all that I needed to know, been a long while since we had a puppy in the house.

Fantastic vets. Very friendly, great with our puppy, just one thing could be better, the cost of treatment should be presented to you before they carry it out. We had a huge shock when a bill we thought would be under £100 came to £230. Just let the customer know to save the shock or possible embarrassment at the reception after.

The vets here were extremely helpful for our mini dachshund. He was suffering from gum infection and needed a number of teeth removed.

The price quoted was much better than elsewhere so would highly recommend coming here.

Called first thing in the morning with a potential problem with my cat. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. I was advised that a vet would be able to assess my pet but as I did not have an appointment I may need to wait until one became available. Once I had arrived I waited no more than 15 mins to see the Vet. The Vet was very helpful, checked my pet thoroughly, explained what procedure was required, also ran through any costs that would be involved and explained fully the whole procedure to me. My pet required a little procedure that was carried out later the same day, received a telephone call from the Vet to advise all had gone well and my pet was able to be collected. They also dealt with the insurance claim directly so absolutely no hassle for me at all. I was very grateful and extremely pleased with the service that we received.

I wish to thank everyone who helped me and my little dog Tiny.  They have made arrangements for tiny s  flea and worm  medication to be delivered .  Also as I could not find tinys  food on line she is used they  have found some in store and  one of the Vets has kindly offered to deliver it. You have gone out of their way to help  as we are in our 80s  we are obeying and will stay in for the time we have to already  stayed in for 10 days.  Thank you all so much for your kindnesses from me and tiny Woof Woof xx

I have only been at this surgery for 9 month but my experience so far has been positive. The appointments have been timely and sensibly priced. My cats have also been very relaxed with the vets seen. I initially moved to Vets4Pets, Martlesham, because the prices at my previous surgery had gone through the roof.

Receptionist Jemma was lovely, showed interest & very polite.
The Nurse we saw was extremely friendly and helpful, answered all my questions & I fully trusted her with Winnie. Excellent service!

Most friendliest vets and supporting staff ever. Jo and Bonnie always make us feel welcome, my cat had a rare surgery last year and my dog has a rare disease and they talked us through stage by stage. 5🌟

Jo and the whole team have always be caring and kind to my dog, all vets and nurses we have sent are always positive and helpful. My dog can't wait to see everyone and for that to be at a vets that is good testimony in itself

Great vets one of my dogs had a lump and was seen straight away with an appointment for removal of lump would highly removal

The level of dedication shown by both the vet and nursing staff is outstanding and really shows them putting the needs of our pet first. The care they have shown to not only our pet but us as owners has been second to none and we feel very secure in the fact that our pet, and us, are in the best hands.
