First came here in June with what I thought was a replacement job but they were able to repair it to save me pennies. Today I found another screw in a different tyre and instead of ripping me off the guy at the desk was able to pull the screw loose and no puncture was there! Will always come here from now on. Amazing service

fantastic service, Took my car in there with a flat tyre. Was asked to call back in an hour as it was busy. Left the car there. Had a phone call 40 mins later saying all done. and the bill was £11.00 odd. just needed a new valve and re balancing. Thank you Brenden . If I had taken it to another place in Dereham they would have found all kinds way to ramp the bill up. Never going anywhere else. 5*****

Brilliant service on Monday, Rushed in, inbetween two care customers with a 'slow puncture' in the hopes they would put on the spare mend the puncture sometime in the day and I could return the next day to have the tyre refitted, Not only did they sort the slow puncture out with in 25 minutes, ( which turned out not to be a slow puncture) but they done it for free. Feeling very humbled, and most grateful.

As we don't know the area and had a flat battery we were heading for an industrial estate. We passed this en route so we popped in on the off chance that they would do batteries. They did; and they had one to fit our Kia Sorento! Bonus was they could do it straight away. Brendan looked after us expertly, explaining that it was probably the current very hot weather and 13 years old battery that was the culprit and we were back on the road within 20 minutes. First class service and competitive prices.

My tyre was losing the air because of a split valve and these guys in the Dereham branch were so helpful and did the job quickly and efficiently even though we couldn't find the locking wheel nut at first! Absolutely First Class Service! Even though I'm from Norwich I wouldnt hesitate to use this Dereham branch in future! Thankyou Guys!!

Top quality service, got 2 new tyres for my sprinter for less than £65 each, obviously more expensive options were available but wasnt pushed towards these as I asked for the cheapest, will be using again in future
