Stunning new renovation. Super creative and feels full of energy but yet is still calming and inclusive. I 100% feel like I wanna grab my pen and notebook and doodle whenever I'm here with a perfect cup of white chocolate mocha with a dash of peppermint perfect for these gloomy days

Costa should be very proud of the staff in this location. Friendly and helpful, incredibly impressed. The place itself is a little Spartan and not the cosiest I've been too, but the staff definitely make up for this. Well done!

The staff were very helpful and carried my order to my table, as I am disabled, without me needing to ask. Only the toilet let them down - no loo roll. Otherwise it was great.

I find the Costa food offering okay, so three stars. This is a very busy Costa which can mean a fairly long wait to be served. It also makes it a noisy atmosphere at busy times, also reflected with three stars. But the baristas are fabulous. Darryl made my flat white which was pretty much perfect. In fact, I had to have a second. I'm not local so it may be a while until I enjoy a flat white that good again.

Large spacious shop, friendly and efficient staff. Good range of snacks and a Gluten Free range available. Plenty of seating and easily accessible inside plus addition seating outside to sit in the sun.

Love Costa a very busy Costa but always seen to find seating somewhere.

A really nice new design for the café has arrived. Really pleasant vibe inside now.

Typical city centre Costa with seating indoors and out. Quick service and able to keep up with busy early morning trade.

Lovely coffee place but the toilets are locked.

A busy little outlet with plenty of choice .
Cannot fault staff every one was working hard to serve and keep the place tidy .
Very reasonable priced only £2.25 for a pot of tea for one.

Great place for a time-out and relaxation.
However, the place could do with a good spring clean. As you do, you would be looking at the place and start to notice things.
Overhead, there are thick cob webs hanging off the light fittings. Floor mop stains along the skirting board level and dust where they have rushed the cleaning.
It is not good for the owner to see what his employees are missing.

Was there today 9am I ordered a large skinny latte and was served by Lacee & team. I noticed that they were very slick in their operation, serving the customers very quickly and keeping the queue down. I was so impressed that I congratulated the team and manager on their excellent customer service.

Costa is a fantastic coffee shop well worth paying a bit more for the quality
We all need to have a few luxurious moments to remind ourselves that things can get better.
Staff are compassionate and kind

This is a good meeting place but nearly always busy,.outdoor seating is ok but can be hard to get a seat as the smokers sit out there
