Easy shopping experience, had to pick up an order & it was quick & efficient

Staff is always helpful if you're unable to find anything. Store is clean and tidy, easy to get around. Lift if you need to use. Toilets nice and clean and the cafe.

Great store, the food department is always well stocked on my visits, love their dine in for 2 options. My partner loves their ladies clothing and as of late since Debenhams has closed I also shop there for clothes too. The men's clothes used to be classed as old man clothes but not anymore there are some modern stuff for younger guys too (even slim fit jeans) which I always wished they'd do, well done M&S. Also my partner also said their gift wrapping there department is good to, although sometimes the cards can be a tad plain. Highly recommend this store 👌👌👌👌

I had a lovely experience, I was looking for an item, but there wasn't any on the shelf/shop floor. I asked a member of staff (Lisa) who couldn't be more than helpful. It was refreshing to have someone who would help and check the stockroom. Well done, @gloucestermarks&spencer

Went to Gloucester M&S café today. Free kids meal with two pots of tea. Jakub was very helpful, polite and friendly with me and the kids to choose the appropriate items. Thank you!

I really like Marks and Spencers I bought the free from Wheat cheese New Yorker sandwich and it tasted delicious and was £3.75 which is reasonable for Gluten Free.

Really helpful and kind staff. They are all lovely & supportive. I lost my bag & they are all trying really hard & go out of their way to help me find. Later I found my bag from the other shop & still staff keep asking about my valuables. They were really happy for me.

Friendly staff. Maria is particularly good remembering what we have to drink, and how we like our coffee. It's always lovely and hot from a pre warmed cup (essential for espresso!). Always makes us feel welcome. Thank you.

M&S have a great food area and excellent clothing sections. You can get men's and women's and kids clothes here. They have a good selection of food wine and beers as well. The staff are helpful and friendly too.

Marks and Spencer have a great range of clothes for men, women and kids. I always buy school uniform from the store or order it online and pick it up in store. The Staff are very friendly and the customer service is excellent. Apart from clothes, M and S Gloucester also has a great range of fresh produce and ready meals. They also have a great selection of lunch time meals. The school shoes I got from M and S last year lasted him the whole school year 😊.

Mad ting this place is yeah! Some next level inflated prices, however it is high quality and not meant for peasants who shop at Asda or Tesco, hence I'm more inclined to pay the higher price!

All jokes aside, the prices are reasonable and the food tastes nice. Staff are helpful and actually smile; smiling makes others happy.

Great experience in clothing Dept. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable and able to point me in the right direction relatively quickly on a basic description. Helped me from entry until purchase.

I love coming here. Always nice food in the main shop such a strawberry teacakes which are so tasty. Also people think M & S is expensive but its not much more expensive than anywhere else and a lot of things are actally cheaper than other shops. The quailty is excellent.
However the choice in the cafe downstairs is limited and overpriced.
