Amazing service from Ghislaine, the Sales and Marketing manager. Beautiful builds and a quality product from a firm which prides itself on very high standards. Ghislaine has been so supportive during our decision making process, and offered expert help negotiating with all the parties associated with our purchase! Exceptionally professional; with sound after sales care too. We heartily recommend.

Very good quality homes and good professionalism from all builders/sale assistances!

Very friendly and very approachable with all silly and big questions we had asked!

As a first time buyer I would recommend the homes! Everyone that is involved in the homes and in the communication of the solicitors and so are we’re excellent abs are brilliant to keeping you up to date with what’s going on and how the process is going.

Definitely worth every penny!

Thank-you so much to everyone!

Would highly recommend these builders, nothing is too much trouble and we have had nothing but first class service for our guarantee period thanks to John Turner. All fixtures and fittings are fitted to a very high standard. We love our house and can’t praise them enough, much better service from a smaller builder.

Just wanted to say thank you so much to Ghislaine Daubeney at the site office in Great Horwood. She was so helpful and knowledgeable not only about the houses she was selling but also the local area. Nothing seemed to much trouble. She is a great addition to your sales team.
Regards
Sheryll

We bought our home seven months ago. the quality of the build is first rate and the after care service is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending High Street Homes.

I've been looking for a new home and have found the owners at High Street Homes offer such a personal and bespoke service, they even showed me around the new home themselves on a weekend. The kitchens and bathrooms are very high quality in comparison to many new homes I've viewed.

Never buy a property from high street homes.if you do check carefully if the property has a toxic lease. They put in a clause in the lease which means the ground rent doubles every 10 years which means the property will be impossible to sell.Ground rent is £200-250 per annum which will keep doubling every 10 years. The build is of very poor quality workmanship, they put in thin cheap plasterboard within the property which are not soundproof and they cut corners by building homes with cheap materials and cheap labour which results in problems within the property. They sell the freehold to third party without offering it to the home owners first. Appalling builders. If you do buy a home from them make sure you get a full survey done to prevent any expensive work that needs doing in the future.Be very careful when buying from these developers.Ive had flooding problems, leaking pipes, knocking noise coming from soil pipe which they have refused to fix. They left plasterboards that they removed and are refusing to put it all back together again.Just an appalling company. There after sales care is not worth the paper it’s written on . Make sure you get a full survey done before you buy a property from them and check the lease! The bathroom and kitchen flooring appears to be tiled or have wooden flooring but it turns out they have put fake vinyl flooring. Shoddy builders. Mr John
Turner of high street home left the plasterboard in my property all cut out and broken and refused to come and put the mess he made right. Incompetent cowboy builder
