I bought a replacement bulb for my car. I was served immediately and my questions answered efficiently. I asked for the bulb to be fitted for me. It was with no waiting involved. I was offered and accepted a free of charge check-up on the car which was carried out efficiently and quickly. I was treated with kindness and respect throughout. I was completely satisfied with the visit.

Can’t thank Nick enough for sorting me out with a new bike battery as quickly as he did. Extremely knowledgeable about E-bikes and the parts needed to replace/repair them. Very happy with his efficiency and the personal effort he went to, to ensure I can get to work next week.

Danny and Joshua, thank you so much for helping me find my headphones after I dropped them under the counter. They were super stars and helped me for 20 minutes and even looked on the security cameras. Thanks for going above and beyond! Top customer service.

What excellent customer service from the bicycle department in Huntingdon Halfords. Andrew went above and beyond with skill and knowledge to get my bike back on the road. Liam & Dani were very helpful and even carried the bikes out to the car for me. Excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends & family looking to buy a new bike.

We needed new windscreen wipers on our car. The chap at the till helped us to find the correct ones and was extremely helpful. We then had them fitted by Connor who also did a 10 point check on our car too. It was freezing cold, raining and not nice at all but Connor fitted the wiper blades and did the check without a word of complaint. We were extremely impressed with his customer service, he was very informative and assured us our car was now in tip top condition. Thank you Connor, you were a gem. Also the chap at the til but we did not get your name. Thank you Halfords!!

Arrived for chip repair appointment. fitter Ellis started right away and finished in time he said it would take . Very good job better than I was expecting. good value repair

I booked a “10 point winter car check”. The service was very good, quick and reassured me about the car before a road trip. They just forgot to check the Wiper blade condition check and the break light. He let me know that the hear tyres will soon need replacing with no pressure to do it right away! Great customer service and affordable quick car check.

Very friendly & helpful. I usually don't like going into shops for car assesories being a female I don't know what I am doing but I was made to feel at ease and my new wiper blades were changed for me. Excellent service. Thank you Lesley Pearse

Halfords helped me with replacing the battery in my key fob. Josimar and Jacob were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Excellent service!

I had Andrew replace an inner tube and tighten the bolts on my seat today, he also helped me pick out the best option for handlebar grip replacement, everything was super speedy and he helped other customers while repairing my bike. He also let me know, without any pressure, that my bike chain will soon need replacing and explained why when I asked, will be heading back soon for this. Super positive experience with great customer service and very affordable!

I had a headlight replacement done and the staff were amazingly helpful. It was great to access the facility and it be so painless. Thanks especially to Laura the headlight technician.

Took the Jeep Renegade book in to the spares section to enquire about a rear wiper blade. Connor served me very polite and friendly and so I paid for the blade and and fitting.
Connor came outside with the blade and fitted it for me, it saved me effort and time trying to understand the advice given. Connor fitted it without a problem. Thank you

I've used this place for years and they've always been extremely helpful. The young guys who do the fittings ie: lights-wipers-speakers etc are very respectful and do a great professional job.

Really great service and advice from Andrew on the bike counter. Would give six stars if I could just for the customer service delivered by Andrew.
