Mutley Post Office

The lady at the counter saw me towards closing time to handle sending three packets to France, I appreciate her helping me to send it off. There was a lot of admin on her side - I appreciate it, thank you!

Visited today to renew my driving licence as I couldn't do it online, expecting it to be a fairly lengthy process. Queuing was quick, Sue who processed it for me was lovely and it took a maximum of 10 minutes and was incredibly straightforward.

I use this post office weekly with a dozen boxes per trip. Every time I go no matter who serves me, they are all so lovely, calm and polite. They make me feel welcome and not rushed. Today (and on several other occasions) Joan helped me by not only being friendly with nice light hearted talking but dealt with all my packages promptly and with the upmost care. Highly recommend!!!

I went to the post office to digitally check and send my passport. I was served by Sue who was patient, efficient and very helpful and friendly. She knew her job and completed everything I needed. Sue is a credit to the post office and I'm sure she is a very valuable member of the team and I do hope that she will be made aware that she has personally been mentioned in this review. Bless her she even said with sincerity that my passport photo was really nice.

I had a lovely, genuine and interactive experience at the Post Office. Karen S served me and my partner. She was very helpful, funny and just a pleasure to talk to. Nothing beats good old human interaction.

Turned up without an appointment for a passport digital renewal. We were attended to immediately. Service was quick and precise and Karen was extremely helpful at all times.

Busy worker (one of the few) living in Mutley, this post office is crucial. Being able to park at home and not have to pay to park, or walk in to town just to go to the post office is important.

Went in to send my passport off and was lucky to have the great assistance of Karen S! She happily wrote the address for me and mate the whole process quick and easy.

The gentleman named Andy, at the Mutley Plain post office could not have been any kinder if he tried. I have severe anxiety issues which cause me to be flustered, hot and even nauseous. I wanted to send 2 parcels to Australia and New Zealand, neither of which had been wrapped adequately. He gave me some of his tape, directed where to place it on parcels such as the edge, and generally just calmed me down and together we got the job done. Thank you so much Andy.

I used the assisted passport application service. The member of staff was extremely helpful and polite and the process went very smoothly with the new passport arriving 10 days later. Excellent service.

Today i went in to get my passport renewed and spoke to Andy who was lovely. It was way quicker than i thought and was very helpful.
