Chaddlewood Post Office

Staff very useful and friendly. Downside is, don't go at dinner time. Usually very busy and has a queue, even with two people serving customers at it's a small Post Office at the back of the Co-Op shop.

Always a pleasure using this branch of the post office. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and will go that extra mile to help. This from now on is my only branch I will used, especially as my final bad experience of the Ridgeway Branch today no more.

The ladies behind the counter are extremely helpful and friendly . I take my mother in law there now. Such a nice experience

The most unwelcoming , miserable , unhelpful , vile staff ever had the misfortune to encounter . They spoke so rudely , didn’t give a damn about helping even though they knew exactly what I needed both occasions . Not a smile among them , how can they give poor disrespectful customer service and get away with it , if they hate their jobs that much then leave , don’t speak to customers like they’re stupid or like they’re causing you an inconvenience . I live across the road but won’t go to this branch because of them, so that tells you how bad they are . They need retraining at the very least !! I’ve heard several people comment on their appalling attitudes and have now experienced it first hand , disgraceful.

The most awful post office I have ever been to.The lady was rude and would not listen.I went to tax my car with my exception for disabled tax and she said I needed a new 1as I had used it before tried to tell her this is not the case as it has no end date and I said I've been doing this for over 7 years I know what I'm talking about and she said I was wrong and told me to step away and then she started to serve the next person I went to another post office and had no problem @ i won't use this shop again

Don’t usually post negative comments.. but in at 1030 today .. one person on counter so she was possibly very fed up but not the first time encountered her …absolutely miserable .. no smiles nothing.. efficient though on a positive note …appreciate she may have problems of her own .. so suggest someone has a chat with her .. very sad to see .. as met other assistants there on another visits who are always lovely 😊 giving her the benefit of the doubt …perhaps she’s unaware how she’s coming across to people 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼but she needs some help soon .. hope her day got better 😊.. only posting because felt for her 🥲
