Langams Cafe and Bar

We came here for lunch the other week. Nice selection of cakes in a nice cosy environment. We had soup of the day and a cake and hot drink each

Independent, local and quality makes this café stand out from the rest.
On our first visit of this recently opened café we where both pleasantly pleased by the attentive staff and the beautiful harlequin china.
We ordered a light lunch and a pot of tea for two and decided to pass on desserts.... well until I went to pay at the counter and in the corner of my eye was an array of desserts which didn't take much to change my mind and we ended up enjoying a couple with thick cream.

On speaking to Jo she informed us of events planned for the future including Wine evenings with Tapas set in and out side with in a stunning courtyard. Jo also mentioned fine dining evenings with a set menu. All sounds very exciting and we wish Jo and her staff all the best for 2020!

Lovely service. Delicious food and drinks. A quaint cafe with arts and crafts available to purchase too.

Love this cafe! Very friendly great atmosphere, food was very yummy. I tried some cafes around there, this one is the best for us. My son loved the smoothie. We will be back for cake next time.

A lovely little tea room with not-so-run-of-the-mill yummy treats (mini cheesecake! Apple pie slice to name just a couple of favourites, although the lemon cake was to die for - all home made) cute cups & a serious pot of decent tea, not to mention lovely owner and friendly helpful staff. There is more seating upstairs too and a couple of tables outside to watch the comings and goings of people right on the corner in the winter sun.... what's not to like!!

A wonderful little cafe, with all the usual hot and cold drinks. We each opted for coffee, to complement a scone. Don't underestimate how easy it is to get scones wrong. I am pleased to say Langhams gets them right, light with a super texture and slightly warm. The coffee was good as well.
Staff were brilliant and lots of space between tables. We need to return to try the other cakes and treats that are available.

Walked past this coffee shop countless times. Why I really cannot explain, but walking past the other day noticed that it had a spare table. A little gem, cakes look superb so its definitely going to be another visit. Staff were really friendly and the place was exceptional clean with tables well spaced during this covid period.

Had a lovely cup of coffee and slice of pecan pie. I was pleased to see there was an option of dairy &/or gluten free plus vegan pastries. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

This is a nice addition to places to eat in Stowmarket. The staff are very friendly. Service is quick and efficient. The cakes and coffee are delicious. They offer soya, oat and almond milk options. Would highly recommend

Local wine bar finding their way. Please support as Stowmarket needs independent places like this.

Langams was wonderful as usual,great coffee and tasty treats to go with your coffee, specially blueberrie croissant (V) it's amazing. Not to forget the beautiful ladies that welcome you in their "magic corner". Thank you Langams
