Visited Lidl’s today. Managed to get what I went In for. Shelves were well fully stocked. Staff friendly. Good value for money food. They always open another till if there’s a queue, which is great. The bakery selection tasted wonderful and the donuts are freshly baked and have a lovely fluffy centre. I highly recommend trying the doughnuts and pastries when at Lidls bakery.

We do our weekly shop here. Lovely products weekly and the price is fab, always under our budget! Also lovely clothing, homeware etc available often too at good prices. Way better than the other Stowmarket shopping options!

Great place good wine at reasonable prices.

Stopped in just to have a look and picked up a 3 bird roast, a 3 fish roast, 2 boxes of Extremely Chocolatey biscuits, Lebkuchen, mixed Fruit & Nuts for Xmas and chicken & mushroom pies for tea. Very happy. 😁

Worth going there just for the bakery, it's a job just to know when to stop.
Clean, bright, good nice range of fresh foods. The range of normal household stuff covers most things with the bonus of goodies in the middle to rummage through even if you'll never want it.
And all at reasonable prices so all points covered.

Excellent. Called in after work at 6pm. No queues at till, although was feeling unsafe because many customers weren't wearing face coverings. Have they thought of the consequences if they are carrying covid and pass it onto staff? It would have to close!!! They are SO SELFISH!! Not the fault of staff it's the irresponsibility of the general public.

I love this place. Staff are happy to help and friendly; they know where their products are. It would be great if they had some music on. But headphones sort that.

This Stowmarket store is a very good one compared to others I have been in. It is what it is and for very good prices you can't expect much more. It has a warehouse feel to it and is rather basic with not much space at checkouts to put your shopping into bags. But if you like value for money this is the place to shop. Their Buy it Now When It's Gone It's Gone bargains are superb value for money even with very well known brands. Other brands aren't so well known and foreign with packaging so identical to well known brands I'm surprised they get away with it, and it's personal preference as to whether you'd like them or not. Very occasionally I have bought food that tastes like it may have been stored for long periods even though still in date. Bad batch perhaps or usual practice as to how goods are stored or how much bulk buying goes on? But the benefits of great value outweigh the occasional hiccup. Staff are helpful and I've never seen anything but a clean store in all sections.
