Snettisham Beach

Lovely beach. Pebbly like Brighton beach. Was a windy day but would definitely come back in the summer.

Parking is cheap and available.

Lovely area ,clean, Great place for bird watchers, Sunsets, tranquil beach, Lovely for young people, There is parking, for disabled, toilets ect, But for older people like me, It was a bit of a uphill tree, But well worth it

Fantastic beach for walking the dogs, especially out of season when it's quiet.

Lovely beach for walks, good paid parking, good for photographing sunsets. Recently visited to photograph Crescent Moon and Venus an hour after sunset. The dramatic cloudy sky and after-glow of the sunset made my trip well worth it.

Simply stunning. Wildfowl nature reserve so keep dogs on a lead. Car Park right next to the beach and it's a lovely walk on the shore to Heacham.

Great place for a relaxing walk ! Always peaceful and quiet, you can have a fab family time or enjoy your beach walk with your dogs

We took our puppy to visit the seaside,as it's a dog friendly beach.
We were able to park very close to the beach(I personally couldn't get onto the beach as my mobility scooter was suitable) however my husband was and he took our puppy to see the sea. I'd advise you to check on timings for the tide as unfortunately it was out and far too far to get to.....however with it being winter we didn't expect any cafe or tea rooms to be open. We found a fish and chip shop that was open. We had a lovely time time and met some really lovely people and their dogs.

Parking uses an app called justpark and 4g signal is a bit slow so best to download the app b4 you go or make sure you have some change for parking..first hour was 2quid.

Lovely beaches when tide is in. But when it's out, its really out, so all you see is the sand and mud flats as far as the eye can see. I like walking across it as find interesting sea shells and the dogs can go as crazy as they want. The water on the flats is up to about a foot deep. As is the mud in some places.

Lovely beach, never seen it crowded but the sea does go out a long way.

Nice beach but was a very windy day. Parking paid by app. Dogs on leads due to nesting coastal birds in shingle. Looked like quite a clean beach on the stretch we walked 🫶😁

Gorgeous beach at Snettisham, great for kids and dogs. Lovely coast walk all the way to Hunstanton (4miles). Great for shell collecting, paddling and sitting chilling taking in the stunning scenery. We visit often. Ample room in the car park although expensive to park as everywhere is in Norfolk on the coast.

My kids and I love this beach. It's a lot cleaner and nicer than going to Hunstanton.
Generally it's a lot quieter too.
I'd advise checking the tide times though because when the tide goes out it completely disappears from view and you're left with a sandy/muddy plain and lots of jellyfish

Excellent beach shame about the cost to park your car expensive for short term visit. They could improve the entry road big pot holes not easy to miss.

Great beach to stop off at for a quick wander. The tide was out so had views for miles!
