I’d like to thank ND Aquatics for their outstanding customer service and care. I have had numerous tanks over the years and was dreading getting a larger one for a few reasons, delivery and finding one that suited me to name a few. I was able to customise every aspect of my tank and was given the option of delivery. The whole process from start to finish was amazing and to sum it up:

Customising the tank was great, their website is laid out well and they have great follow up and aftercare to make sure everything is correct before stating work on the tank.

If I’m honest it’s always a worry with anything custom when it comes to the price as it’s unique to the individual, however everything is very reasonable and flexible. I have never owned an ND tank before this and I’m am blown away by the quality and craftsmanship. ND also only requires a partial deposit which is a massive bonus on its own.
Delivery itself is rather cheap for what you are getting I really cannot thank them enough.
I was worried about getting the tank into my property but the driver helped and got everything inside without any issues.

My tank did arrive with some very minor damage to the lid which appears to have happened in transit, however as soon as I let them know they offered to sort it ASAP no questions asked. This is absolutely excellent customer service and they have gained a new client. I shall definitely be using them again.

Fantastic company. Our new tank arrived today and Dom that delivered it couldn't have been more helpful. The quality is way better than any shop bought tank, and the communication near the delivery time was great. Highly recommended.

From enquiring to ordering to delivery absolutely top class service. Andrew and Dom are absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable people. Every question answered with a good explanation...I was a bit panicky about receiving the delivery but it was so smooth, Dom was fantastic. The 7' tank, glass, cupboards everything excellently made so strong and sturdy.

Andrew and all the team at ND Aquatics are legends. I couldn’t recommend them more if I tried. I was so impressed with the build of my 8ft tank. Whenever I get my next tank, it’s coming from them.

The vivariums are excellent. Everything about NDaquatics is fabulous, from Andrew , to the vivariums, to the delivery. I am so so SO happy with the vivariums I have ordered and would recommend NDaquatics to any person wanting a vivarium, vivarium cabinet or a tank. The quality and finish is unreal, they look so elegant and professional. I have already had so many compliments on the vivariums. I will definitely be repurchasing from Andrew and the team in the future. I only have positive things to say, Andrew and the team are THE BEST. Thank you so much once again!

What a pleasure it has been dealing with ND Aquatics to order a custom sized fish tank for my husbands birthday recently. Living in Guernsey it is very difficult to find places on Mainland UK who are happy or able to arrange delivery here, but when I emailed them to check on this I had an email back within a few hours to say yes, no problem. Dom and Andrew went above and beyond to explain the pros and cons of the various options available when making the custom order and I felt reassured at all times. Communication was fantastic - if they were unable to answer the phone when I rang, they called me back straight away, although mostly answered the phone very quickly. Emails answered promptly also. They really pulled out all the stops also to turn the build around really quickly, knowing it was a gift for a birthday – order confirmed/placed on 17th May, tank delivered on 31st May – now that is service! Prices of tanks are very reasonable (they also removed the VAT without any hassle, knowing we do not pay this in Guernsey) - the quality is outstanding, such a well made tank. I would not hesitate to recommend ND Aquatics - you will not be disappointed! Thank you, Andrew and Dom - hope to speak to you both again in the future... although let’s not encourage my husband that he needs a bigger tank... or not just yet!

What can I say! ND aquatics service was fantastic from ordering the aquarium through to the finished product. Andrew is a very friendly guy who answered all my emails in quick response. I ordered a 96x24x24 and was ready to collect within 6 weeks. The build was fantastic and made with real quality. Couldn't fault the build in any way! Would highly recommend!!

My 15 year old 350 litre tank started leaking. Called ND Aquatics who were able to build a new aquarium within 4 days. It was not a standard size but that was not a problem. Very pleased with my new tank, the price was reasonable too. Buying process was simple and Andrew @ ND was very helpful and made the process easy. I picked up the tank myself and saved money on the delivery.

I Ordered my tank on the 13th October 2022 and received it on the 1st November 2022.

This is my second tank order from ND and I highly recommend them, high quality made tanks, you pay half the total as a deposit, and the day before delivery you pay the remainder. I was called five days before my delivery date so I knew my slot.

Driver was very polite/helpful, and with some help from my neighbour it was carried up the stairs(1st floor) and the driver and I moved it into my home.

The tank is beautiful, very well made, and extremely HEAVY!

I also bought the Black Ash canopy, and added cover glass to the

tank at a small extra cost.

I have included some pictures of my new tank(which is empty at the moment- but will update once it's up and running. Until that time, I have attached some pictures of my 5x2x1.8 tank that i got last year. :-)

I have had my new hand made ND tank set up for a month now and it is starting to settle and the plants are starting to grow.
I went to the shop to order it rather than use an Internet form and I think the showroom is being refurbished. The display tanks are gorgeous and are a true reflection of what you get.
Mine took 6 weeks from order to delivery, which was OK and for deliveries it takes time to fill up a run so that slows things I think.
The tank is gorgeous, was perfectly to size and once unwrapped the gloss black hood looks great.
The build is solid and the lid and bracing neat and tidy.
Communication can take a while sometime but everything gets done as it should.
I would happily order another tank and am really pleased with this one

Andrew and the team are the best at what they do, they were able to give me a quote straight away and when explaining my situation of moving, they worked extremely hard to get us the tank super quickly and efficiently. We contacted 3 other aquarium builders, who delayed getting back to us and felt we were being messed around. By the time of the quotes came in ND had already built the tank and scheduled delivery. Andrew was always extremely helpful when we had any questions and if they missed my call always rang back when they could. The delivery driver took all the stress and worry out of getting the tank into our house, using ramps and trolleys. I couldn't have asked for better service and I only have one word for the team there.... AMAZING! I would highly recommend ND to anyone wanting to purchase a tank, ours is 8ft and we couldn't be happier with the product or service we have received. Thank you so much ND!

I have come across this company through various hobbyists. I needed to upgrade my tank so I left a 50% deposit and after 8 weeks my tank had arrived with no issues. I must say Andrew & Dom both were very helpful! Andrew kept in touch on the updates in regards to everything and Dom was superb during the delivery process. I’d recommend this company to anyone who’s wanting to buy a great high quality tank. 5/5 will definitely be ordering any future tanks from NDAquatics.

ND Aquatics built me a custom braceless tank and sump at short notice ( for an aquarium ) and on budget.
The build is spot on and the quality is fantastic , communication was perfect with all my questions answered by phone or email very quickly.
Everyone compliments the tank and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great experience ordering a 6 foot tank and steel stand from ND aquatics. Arrived within 1 month and the tank and stand are high quality. The delivery driver was also extremely helpful which is essential when delivering larger tanks.

Nd aquatics is the best on the market and the quote was spot on cheaper than anywhere else will never use another company I ordered the tank on a Monday it was built and in my fish room by the Wednesday cannot fault the service from Andrew and the driver made everything so easy for us cannot wait to fill up and get many years of joy out of this tank THANKYOU TO THE WHOLE ND AQUATICS TEAM!!! one very happy customer!

2 of nd’s finest came and built my 5x4x2, even though they only came to build the tank they helped level out the stand and even pained the bottom black, which is lush!
Not all heroes wear capes and the guys here are just that!

This is the second time I've purchased a tank from ND aquatics and both times the experience has been brilliant. This time I ordered a huge 10ft aquarium, the tank was delivered within the quoted time frame and the driver was really helpful and professional. If you're considering buying a new tank I would highly recommend ND aquatics, the quality of the tank and silicone work is far superior to anything you will buy off of the shelf, plus you can customise the size, cabinet style and colour to your preference.

After a lot of research we decided to order from ND, we had no issues all the way through the order process. All email and phone calls were answered very quickly, delivery was on time and the driver was a great help. The product is fantastic so so pleased. Would recommend to anyone very good price one of the cheapest but a top standard aquarium
