The young man in this specialist computer shop was superb. My IPad had frozen; no key I pressed gave any response and every selection was met with a loud voice confirming what I had pressed - very frustrating.

Although not accustomed to dealing with Apple products, he conferred with his friends in the trade and fixed it in minutes.

As I said previously, superb service. I would highly recommend this shop.

We met Shaan the manager who was very kind & patient with my husband ,checked the laptop talked through what happened cleared a few things & advised us it seemed ok monitor for a couple of days but to get back to him if we needed to

I've relied on these guys several times over the years to help out with urgent tech support and they're also my go-to place for equipment. Most recently I bought a new PC from them and they helped me get it up and running in no time. Very friendly and extremely well informed - I can highly recommend!

My wife needed to upgrade her computer so we visited ITSDigital who are just around the corner! A friend had his new machine from them so we popped in. Matt and Shaan were most helpful. We got a quote and decided to go for one of their custom built machines. We asked for data and programs to be transferred over all of which was done without any problems. Powering up at home the unit and lovely monitor worked smoothly. It was a joy to see how much better it was with Windows 11. One happy wife who was very pleased with the PC and great service! Her old machine will be held until she can safely give the go ahead to erase the old machine for disposal.

Excellent service - laptop was dealt with in record time with the issue resolved after dropping it and dislodging fan bearings. Picked up a few accessories which handily ITS had in stock as well when visiting. Highly recommend!

I dropped my laptop damaging the charger and bent the charger out of shape. I really struggled to find a replacement charger online due to the unusual charging point. I contacted ITS Digital who were so helpful throughout my dealings with them. Fantastic communication and service! They contacted one of their suppliers who were able to source a charger that fitted my laptop. They allowed me to try the charger in store before purchasing it to make sure it fitted. Really happy as my laptop would of been a write off otherwise. Couldn't recommend ITS Digital enough!

I know a little about computers, enough to know that a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing. On this occasion I wanted to upgrade a graphics card to work with photoshop, plug-ins etc. The advice was straight-forward. The service was excellent. There was never any over-promising and under-delivery. I have spent the last couple of days being able to work on digital images (and where the previous card could no longer open). Very happy to recommend ITS and would certainly be happy to use again.

The screen on my lap top was broken. The team quickly got to work and had it back to me within just a few days. The cost was incredibly reasonable and the service was excellent from start to finish. Dean Jay and Matthew were completely professional, courteous and efficient and kept me posted by text throughout the process. Dear Team at your Hertford shop,

Just after Christmas 2018 I went to your premises in Bengeo Street, Bengeo as I wished to buy a powerful laptop in order to pursue my interest in video games. For many year I had laboured with an ordinary laptop and could not play about half of those I'd purchased.

I spoke your salesman, Matthew and explained my problem. He suggested I write down all the games I was unable to play as well as others which I wanted but were obviously not possible on my then current machine.

I put together the list and emailed them to Matthew. Within 24 hours he had contacted and sent me details of a machine that would satisfy my needs. I had been saving for over a year so had more than a £1,000 to spend. The machine he recommended was slightly less so I invested in a complicated joystick (still wrestling with that!) as well although I got that via Amazon.

I am writing this email to thank Matthew and all the other staff involved in obtaining for me a laptop which has more that satisfied my requirements. I received really friendly, expert, no-nonsense advice and when the order was placed the product arrived within days.

Service was fantastic. Would definitely use them again and recommend with no hesitation. We had a problem with my wife's gaming computer (not purchased there) fixed same day. Brilliant!

A friend recommended ITS Digital to me in 2018 and told me they were brilliant. When the internet connection on my laptop broke down because of malicious software invading it the wonderful people at ITS Digital not only fixed it but also installed different security protection for me, which was less than half the price of my previous security! They've also fixed other stuff for me and are always so calm, courteous, friendly and amazingly wonderful. They are truly truly BRILLIANT.

Great service. They know what they're doing, they work quickly and they don't charge an excessive amount. The customer service is excellent.

Had a poor experience due to one person at the company. Since then they could not have been more helpful, they really did go the extra mile when they could have just ignored me. Its obvious they care about customer satisfaction. Dean was super helpful, I cant recommended them high enough. A rare thing in this day and age. You wont regret using them.

Poor service , PC had to get back 3 times when they told me they had fixed it. On the third attempt i asked them why they could not diagnose the problem. They advised me to get rid of the computer for what it was worth even though it is just under 2 years old. Taken to another company who fixed it straight away, and back to me with in 24hrs. I am guessing you could not be bothered to fix it over the Christmas period . Also charged me for the privilege for not fixing the problem.

3/02/2017 The guys have made contact with me and we have resolved the issue. Very much appreciated they offered me a refund and were very professional in their dealings with me. I will use these guys again for my pc problems.

Having problems with my Brother printer, I took it to ITS. They offered advice that helped me to get the machine fixed by Brother at no cost even though it was outside the warranty period. Great customer service despite my not technically being a customer! Thank you.
