The team here are great. I was having problems sending something via UPS. The other UPS points in Plymouth I tried were rude and unhelpful. The staff here were really helpful and kind and I got my parcel sent! They have earned a customer for life.

Lovely staff, on the way to the dog park for me and my pup. They let you take your dog in shop which is great as I don't like leaving him outside shops unattended as I would for McColls or Coop. They also offer a paypoint service.

Brilliant local store

Although it is my convenience store, I have noticed this is the third time I have been overcharged. The packets of coke are incorrectly priced. As I was charged 6.50 for some and it is marked at 4.80. I didn’t notice till after I had left the shop and they don’t give receipts. Another time it was when I had paid some money onto card, they told me I was £20 short. After double checking at home, again, they had given me incorrect information and lost my £20.

Only one member of staff who greets and is friendly. The rest, I would suggest sharpening up on their customer service skills.
