Went a country and western do. Brilliant. Bring on next year. Only complaint no coffee or tea but spoke to a lady who assured me there would be next year.

Lovely campsite, clean toilets and showers, staff very friendly

The Hokey Smokey is absolutely incredible. I can't recommend it enough, great food smoked with love and care! You can taste the time and effort that goes in. If there's anything you do in live, it has to be to get down to the Hokey Smokey. You will never taste meat like it. Lovely friendly staff too who seem so passionate about what they do!

Was a bit optimistic after reading some reviews but glad we came. The site is split into areas of residential lodges & statics, caravans and vans are in another area. A large grassy area on the left as you come in for tents etc( don't think this is EHU). The main area has pitches with hard stand in a circle so there is a large grass area in the middle for kids to play. Water taps are right next to the pitches. The site is very quiet and has some lovely lakes to fish on. Mens and ladies toilets & showers were very clean and maintained. No plugs in the washing up sinks so bring a bowl. Morrisons and town 7 mins away driving, half hour if walking.

Stayed here recently with family, lady on entrance very kind and welcoming , we done some fishing , hot water and working showers, not need to wait using toilets or shower block, as plenty onsite, within the complex there is a modern play area, which is indoor and out , this is run by a third party , but well organised and very clean ,and then they have the new barbecue smoker on Fridays and Saturdays within the complex, not. Cheap food but very tasty, meat falls apart ,very layer back , small lake on camp site is great and older kids will fish, if your going for serious fishing head over to the large lake , there are large carp and bream on the camp site one , but this is ideal for the youngster to practice with their parents ,

We wanted a campsite close to St Ives and this fitted the bill perfectly. Great no nonsense pitches and dog friendly. Down to earth no nonsense camping that doesn’t cost the earth. Many thanks.

Great place for a days fishing and night fishing, ran by fantastic people that can't be more helpful. The toilets and shower block are always clean and tidy and the burger van is delicious. Can't wait to go back

Brilliant site staff were great very clean and secure the only issue I had was the bloke that lived on the site running an angle grinder and a motorbike not something you want to hear when your away...

But other than that perfect shower block/toilets were immaculate.

Came here when my husband stayed due to working on the a14. Come back for a holiday and we've loved every minute off it. Kids don't want to go home.. Everyone is friendly.. Very clean.. See you all again soon

Fishing lake a great fish and lovely to walk around. Big open star filled skies at night.

Lovely site for camping, caravans it has all facilities as in showering, washing laundry and tumble dryer, a great place to fish as well, can use a wheelchair but a bit rough on the road, mainly grass.

Very nice site and always kept clean, ideal for keen cyclists as there is a 16 miles cycle path into Cambridge. The staff are always kind and happy to help.

Got there we decided to eat b4 fish, and OMG the hokey smokeys food was absolutely gorgeous the bbq and cheese burger and im not a chip person but they also was lovely, then fish was a good night

Don't let bitchey car Dave let this place seem bad! This is an amazing camp and fishing site, owner and everyone there beyond friendly, car boot and burgers on a Sunday and I think the toilets and showers are great.. guys remember this is a campsite not a 5 star hotel, perfect for me and my friends and we can't wait to go back!

A bit of a mishmash this place ok for a couple of nights facilities a bit tired don't dismiss the small pond I took some nice carp there

Lovely place everyone one is very nice shower block and toilets are very clean I was lucky enough to stay here when there was a blood moon

Didn't stay at crystal lakes only went to eat at Hokey smokey which is well worth a visit. The meat is so tender and the atmosphere is great

Brilliant place to fish, camp or relax people so friendly caught some quality fish!! While my wife camped there!! We're going back!
