The customer care in this Middlesbrough store is amazing... The girls in there helped me to get a game my Grandson wanted to work on the DSXL.. Which I couldn't do.. So lovely and polite.. Very unusual these days to get such good after customer care.. Thank you...

I can't pass this shop without calling in and having a look, I've bought loads of games at great prices and the odd camera lens. There's allsorts of things for everyone

I have bought, sold in this place and every time I visited, its staff gives me excellent service. Add that you can find movies, games for consoles from the wii to ps5, the truth is that this place is ideal for gamers and for those who want a Mobil at a good price and the most important thing is that all its products have a 2-year guarantee

Been a member years I can never fault staff here just be aware if you are selling or buying selling can take a little time for devices to be checked so give them an hour and do some shopping in the centre and pop in after job done 😊🤘

Went in here with son who wanted to sell something. Easy to do, very straight forward, pleasant helpful staff, who where efficient. Nice store to look around with loads of stock that was very reseasonably priced.

Can't really knock it. Sometimes they have what you want, Sometimes they don't. However the prices of their PS5s at over £500 when you can buy them at GAME for MSRP is ridiculous. Want a ps5? Don't go to CEX

Nice big store in the heart of Middlesbrough. They sell second hand, games, DVDs, phones and laptops cheap. I really like the TV box sets they sell as well as anime on offer. The store is much bigger than the Redcar one with more stock on show. Overall one of my favorite shops in Captain Cook Square.

Has quite a good amount of stock, loads of games and DVD's, is clean and organised.

Great store if a bit hidden but Google walked me in. huge amount of second user stock. games, gagets and DVD,s well worth a look

Very helpful and resourceful. I was looking for a GPU NVIDIA Gforece gtx 2080, and their team was excellent in finding the rightful one for me.
