Needed a smartphone screen cover and they had one, so I bought it. You fit this yourself. Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant.

The assistant was very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He , very patiently, went through everything I needed to know. Although the shop was busy , he didn't rush me.

Store well presented. I found what I was looking for, however couldn't seem to get any help on shop floor. Went home ordered my goods online.

Salesman extremely helpful and pleasant. He was relaxed while dealing with us not at all pushy in his approach. An example for your other staff who approach to quickly this puts pressure on you to leave the shop. We all need help but let us walk in the store please before you attack us with. CAN I HELP YOU. THIS PUTS EVERY CUSTOMER OF IN A TIME OF RECCESSION YOU SHOULD WELCOME BUSINESS AND NOT PUSH CUSTOMERS AWAY.

Bought a TV not fit for purpose (my fault). Store staff exceptionally helpful and arranged an exchange with a model that did the job perfectly. Service with a smile, efficient and courteous.

Curry's brilliant. I seriously cannot recommend highly enough. Example= I bought a Huaweii smart watch from them 2yrs ago. I got a new phone and couldn't connect it as I couldn't remember everything about it. I popped into curry's on the off chance. A young girl on the help desk asked if I was OK and could she help me. I explained. I unlocked my phone and handed her the watch and phone. I gave her my email and within 10 minutes she had found all the info she needed to fully install the system on my phone. Wow. I'd been trying for 3 hrs. You need anything doing get down to curry's and talk to the lovely young lady on tge help desk she is an absolute super super knowledgeable and intelligent person. And very polite too.

Got lovely service from the saleslady and she was very helpful.when I chose what I was looking for. She even wrote the measurements and prices down for me. Will use this shop in 4 weeks time to.purchase 3 electrical white goods.

Really good staff and very good repairman

Was in shopping at Newry Co Down store and when I eventually told Jeff what I wanted to purchase which was several items he was quick and efficient. Hope to shop for an I pad this week but I’m told they don’t have a white one in store.

Managed to get one as a pay and carry out.
Any size above 44 inch is not held in store but has to be ordered and delivered .

I was looking for a Sony soundbar..The instore Sony Rep was a true gent, who wasn't pushy for a sale, and explained simply the differences in spec and price..The opporunity to listen to each product which they will price match was an unexpected bonus..Thank you..

Had a tv in for repair. They couldn't repair it and as it was still in guarantee they allowed a new for old exchange
Even though the TV was no longer made I was allowed to chose another TV for equivalent value.
