Proctor Roofing

Our architect Mr Paul Hutchings of PDG Architects Ltd obtained quotes for us to re-roof the pitched roof on our church and also all the flat roofs surrounding the building. When the quotes were received Proctor Roofing was the most competitive and works began in April 2023 and were completed October 2023. Ryan and the team were very professional and did an excellent job. They were very helpful in accommodating us so that our church could still be used whilst works were being carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm, in fact they are now going to help me with the roof on my own home.

We had to wait for a couple of months for them to be able to fit our job in (fitting GRP valley troughs to our bungalow roof) but it was well worth the wait. Kelly kept us in the picture throughout the process and the roofers did a fantastic job in good time, all cleaned and tidy. I hope we don't have to, but would certainly use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs.

Great, professional service, I found Proctor Roofing after googling flat roof specialists in North Norfolk. My house has a flat roof section that had been incorrectly built and the builder was refusing to address the issue, resulting in a leaking and damp section of the house. Proctors came and assessed the damage and likely cause, and together we agreed a course of action to remedy the issues. I am delighted with the result and a now dry house.

Invited Proctor to look at some leadwork repairs to my leaking roof at my home; they came to inspect and said they could help and I would get a quote within 10 days, I rang after 11 days and was told it would be ready within a further three days. After 3 1/2 weeks they called to say their quote was ready. So, I can't comment on their work, because their customer service was so slow and I have gone elsewhere. But you have to wonder......
