I called with a suspected UTI. Jess the pharmacist who saw me was a star, very professional and caring. I don't call into Millers often but when I do the staff are always friendly and helpful and give excellent customer care.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. I’ve never paid for a prescription as I’m exempt due to being diabetic. The most recent time (bearing in mind I have never been asked to show my exemption card) I didn’t have it with me and between moving addresses I’ve misplaced my card.

Even though I’ve never had to show it previously I was charged for two prescriptions which I didn’t have the money for and I was spoken to like a piece of dirt.

Furthermore I’ve tried to get a refund for the prescriptions I paid for and was told (as I’m on universal credit due to being out of work due to injury) that I’d need to show proof of being on universal credit, which I did on the spot. I was then ask to get proof from the job centre. So I went to the job centre and got a signed statement from the service centre manager. And the still haven’t given me my money back. I’m sick of trying now so I won’t be going back. I’ll use boots or Asda instead!!!!
