Always happy to give advice to anyone at any time even if they're not your regular pharmacy. There's not many pharmacies who have time to talk to you and give advice if you're not 'one of theirs', but they certainly do.

Customer service is so slow, however, they have always been helpful when i am being served.

All signs say Saturday opening hours are 9am - 9pm. It is 1pm and not open yet.

I collect my repeat prescriptions monthly from here as does my wife. We've noticed a significant deterioration in service over the last 6 months - we keep extending our wait time from order to pickup and my last collection took three attempts over the course of a week. I'd like to invite the owner to let us know how long we are expected to wait for our prescriptions to be ready so we can just pick them up?

The worst farmacy in this town. I have made the mistake to select it as default in the NHS app. Not for long though as they always gave me back the prescription and sent me to... 'look around...'

Slowest pharmacy I know, stand there 5 minutes before they even come to serve you then guaranteed your prescriptions are not ready. Went to collect mine today to be told it’s not there when I know for a fact it was cause the other guy did it on Saturday but I didn’t have time to wait for it.
Time to change pharmacies
