Phil and Vicky where amazing! I bought a set of knives with them and they gave me all the advice I needed on how to take care of them, they overall made me feel welcomed into the store and were lovely people. 5 stars!

First time in this outlet and was impressed with the selection on offer.my only criticism was the space to enjoy the browse as the shop was busy and the displays are quite close together.
When we paid for our goods we had a problem which indicated that my card had been declined but the lady serving me very quickly got it sorted out with the help of I assume a supervisor who explained it was not my card but their machine and till connection.they were very polite and apologetic. All in all I enjoyed my first visit and it certainly will not be the last. First class.

Bought some new upgraded knives from here and they are excellent! The staff were so helpful in telling me everything that ProCook had to offer with regards to different sets. I even bought a biscuit cutter that I had wanted for ages and it is excellent quality. Will def return!

Sales assistant was very helpfull, she took me through all of the options for the set of knives I was buying. She even gave me a demonstration on how to use a whetstone correctly! I'm very pleased with the knives and block i bought the quality is also top notch and they look nice.

Really helpful staff who went out of their way to help my Dad and advise him regarding product selection. Lovely quality goods, at a good price. I could spend a serious amount of money in here given a free rein........

The young lady who served us was keen to demonstrate how our purchase works. I was impressed that, rather than go on about the features, the first thing she did was demonstrate the safety features. She repeated them several times during a very instructive demo. I was very impressed.

Very impressed with the service I recieved. I was asked at the till if I would like to put my email address into the ipad so they could send me my receipt/guarantee. I did this and recieved my receipt before i'd even left the shop. Brilliant idea and very efficient. Great quality goods and I will definately be returning for more products.

Execellent advice and support from the two lovely ladies who were more than happy to take the time to identify the delivery dates and times for new stock that we wished to purchase. Their personal approach made me feel welcome.

Always worth a visit when at Dalton Park (or York). This time we only bought a 24 cm frying pan, very cheap for a good quality product. Helpful lady on the till and high tech way of providing e-mail address (on mini key-board) rather than trying to write it down on a space far too small as often happens in shops.

Very good ,after visiting the week before I knew I had to return .I couldn't stop thinking about the fantastic products they had to offer .On my return ,I was delighted with my perches and the service with a smile I received .Excellent shop I will be returning :) .

I find the assistant's in this store excellent. They welcome you into the store and are attentive (the right amount) they know the products. Good experience. Would recommend this store to everyone.

Fabulous staff, excellent customer service and great products. Not often you can go to a shop that does pans etc and when you leave your children are blown away by their friendliness and care.
