Bought flooring for my kitchen area, absolutely delighted with it. Very impressed with the staff who helped in the shop, measuring up, preparing the floor. The two fitters were excellent. The whole process was carried out with courtesy and efficiency. Will be shopping here again.

Bowburn Shop - We had carpets fitted on the 7th August 2023. A man came out to measure up prior and told us the agreed price but left no paper copy of an invoice. I then phoned up and paid the deposit. Carpets were fitted and the 2 carpet fitters had damaged a lot of paint work and had also slit and damaged a few skirting boards. However I did not mention this as we were so happy with the carpets and we have used this company previously with no problems in the past, so I phoned up and paid the balance and let the problems slide. Nearly 6 weeks later I get a phone call to say we had underpaid by £200! I told them we had paid what we were told to pay and had paid the balance of what we were quoted. I was basically told I was wrong and they needed the £200 to be paid. We have no proof as we werent given an invoice or receipt of any sort. I asked why it had taken 6 weeks from the carpets being fitted to be made aware of this and didnt really get a sufficient answer. The lady on the phone was lovely however I do not rate this company and I will no longer recommend them to any friends or family who have also used them in the past and I will also never use again. I recommend anyone who does use them to ask for their own paper copy of an invoice, like most companies normally do!

Although I was happy with the service I received when I ordered my hall and stair carpet the after care service is very poor. I have been waiting 6 weeks now for it to be re stretched and still not a fitter in sight.
