Went in tonight for a look for ideas for a full carpet replacement in our house. The staff werent pests but a young lady answered all the questions we had and she even gave us some free samples. We are over the moon as the colour we were looking at when we got home was really unsuitable but the colour I like and my partner wasn’t keen on is the one we will be getting. If she hasn’t pushed us to take these home we would be ordering the wrong one. Will definitely be going back with measurements for a quote. I dont remember her name but she said she wouldn’t be there after today as she was from the Durham store.
