Alex Crozier was excellent, he cut a piece of MDF which I needed to fix a broken drawer. He was extremely efficient and definitely knew what he was doing 👍

We went to B&Q Washington and Lee was most helpful in finding a lawnmower for us. It was on display but no boxed ones. He went in search and found one for us. He then went on to helping us with a spool and line to match our strimmer. Thank you Lee.

A big thank you to Glen, he found prices for plants and assisted with other questions, he was very helpful, patient and friendly.

Layout of store is really good. Lots of parking

You can t do it when you B and Q it as buses have not been going there since December 2023 !!! The road up to the store is a dangerous "private road" so if you happen to damage your car using it your insurance won t pay out any claim.Go there at your own risk drivers !!!!

We recently visited B&Q Washington, we had excellent customer service from Alison , she designed our new kitchen, and also helped us with bathroom furniture, and wardrobe sliding doors. Alison is a credit to B&Q Washington, her product knowledge and personal services was above and beyond.

Went in to buy real xmas tree as the one I bought previously was shedding so fast it was almost bare , trees all selling for £1, a young girl helped with my choice and then even carried tree through check out and put it in car, extremely pleasant and most helpful many thanks

A real DIY store. Enough parking spaces. I also love their click and collect, makes life so easy. Lovely staff too. Keep this up guys

My hubby lost the receipt for our flooring even though it was their policy got a refund on the unused flooring Pete was so helpful.

Man with knownlege about lawnmower gave me a lot of advise. Which helped me buy. Cheers. Also about different offers.

It's a huge store with an excellent amount of stock, nearly always find what you want when other stores don't have it.
The trade counter staff are really helpful and there is plenty of neighbouring small industrial units (and an Aldi) so you can get everything you need in one trip.

helpful went out if his way to help. An asset to your company.

Have been served quite few times lately by LAUREN who used to work at Scitswood Road Branch... She's like a breath of fresh air... so very helpful with great cx service.. Always says hello n asks how ure doing. Makes the shopping experience so much nicer.... Quite few of the other staff on tills could do with some of her charm.....
Also Bill in garden centre is a real trooper too n was very helpful on a visit this week....

My wife and I came to the store on 5 Apr 23 looking for a toilet seat fitting to fix our daughters broken toilet. We were helped by "Phil" to locate a replacement item. The help he provided through his skilled knowledge and dedication was outstanding and worthy of praise. He is an ideal representative for B&Q.

Thank you, ALEX PRITCHARD. Wandering around B&Q with my husband, we had the pleasure of meeting a very helpful assistant, who went the extra mile, helping us find what we were looking for. He checked stocks and came back to us quickly, moving things around and lifting heavy wood and nothing too much trouble at all. I asked his name, as he definitely deserves a mention. Happy customers. We've been today to try and get a new spool for our battery powered strimmer, we have tried a few times but availability stopped us. Today again no reel thankfully a wonderful B&Q employee Bill came to help us, he showed me the right wire to feed onto my existing reel and even wired it for me. I can't be anymore grateful for his help and what a credit to b&Q Bill is so thanks again Bill from Louuse

Really wonderful, that when we found out we need a couple of slats to put up a bed 3pm on some day, we were able to order it online and get it before 8pm same day. Didn't cost the earth and is a good quality. The website advised to collect 8am next morning, but just asked at a collection point and they were ready.

Staff are always really friendly. I dropped a tin of paint in here once and they didn't even ban me.

Hey it does what it needs it provides everything for an amateur to professional. Good customer service. Slightly more expensive than other retailers.
