Redfox Garden World

Quality plants at this Garden Centre. Decided to have their Sunday Lunch after shopping for bits for the garden. A good decision the meal was hearty with plenty of everything on the plate and served by attentive smiling staff. We will return.

Staff were really helpful. Another branch had phoned to reserve a few items for me. These were quickly located when I arrived.

We usually visit the garden centre and cafe quite often as it's only a 5 min drive away, unfortunately with current circumstances we haven't been since February and jumped at the chance at booking a place for their Santa's Enchanted forest event, we usually go each year anyway to the Christmas events, but with limited availability this time round we were really lucky to get tickets! It didn't disappoint and I actually quite enjoyed being alone in the rooms with just me and my children, especially as it's my youngest son's first Christmas this year, it just made it a bit more personal and special, Santa was great and really took the time to get to know the kids and spend a bit time with us and all children came away with a gift suitable for their age. It added a little bit of magic to the end of this awful year, just what we needed!

We visited Santa at Red Fox on Friday 1st December. My daughter (6) loved it. The elves were great and Santa was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to chat to my daughter, she can be very shy and takes a while to talk to people, but he engaged her and spoke about her interests. She left feeling like Santa really knew her. A fabulous experience!

Took my grand parent out for the dsy and she loved it here... Great atmosphere and a new environment for her to explore along with garden, furniture and a shop filled of mix things along with a cafe with wide choices of foods and drinks alike

What a great place. I've been today to see Santa with three little one's, and it was great, a lot of effort put into it, Santa was awesome plus free toys at the end for the kid's, 10 out of 10 to everyone involved

Have to say that Red Fox Garden World supplies the most healthiest plants. And about the only nursery that I am able to get the Surfinia that I put in my baskets
In fact the plants are so good and healthy that every year more family members and friends ask for a hanging basket when they see mine in full bloom

Quality plants and shrubs always the restaurant is top notch food home made and the Sunday dinners are yum man don't miss out on a great garden place knocks spots of the rest

Brought my son for an autism booked session with Santa. Have to say the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough. The conductor, Santa's helper and Santa all went out of their way to understand and cater for my son's special needs. As well as offered to take our photos together. 1st time we have been to see Santa here. Fantastic! Well done guys

Great trip to see santa, Thomas loved it and loved the toy shop at the end where children get a toy in exchange for the magic coin off santa.

Absolutely excellent christmas adventure for our family. We loved it, the kids more so. They were slightly scared of the talking tree in Narnia but loved the whole experience. Santa was ace, staff were great. A really worth while trip. We were told we had a 3 hour wait which turned out to be just over an hour. This led to a beautiful lunch which was amazing value for money. The only issue we had was finding the place due to the ruddy road works. Our sat nav took us on a sight seeing visit of every pothole between Washington and Sunderland. Certainly didnt put us off mind and very glad we went. We will be visiting in the summer too to buy some garden pots. Loved it. Thank you.

Fantastic quality plants lots of choice .fab cafe inside first time trying, staff are friendly and helpful throughout the building.

A fantastic family Christmas experience. The Narnia magic wonderland was really well done. Mrs Clause was brilliant so good with the kids. Interactive train ride to get to santa. Through the wardrobe to Narnia and into Santa's grotto. Santa was really friendly.
