My dentist was Mr Maas & was informed that he was no longer at the practice,so booked in with Spiros( hope that spelling is ok). Had an excellent consultation with him & assistant,everything explained & hygienist appt. made. Again excellent service & advice. Reception staff & Sarah friendly & helpful

Cannot recommend Mydentis in Thetford enough!! I have high anxiety about visiting the dentist. Only seen one 4 times in 20 years. But spyridon put me at ease and was super nice at my check up, made me feel comfortable while getting my filling. Emily went above and beyond at my hygienist visit! The assistant Lewis was at all my appointments and really made me feel more relaxed. He is really calming and helped alot! Now cannot imagine going anywhere else!!

I have been having gum pain and problems for the past year and have been to a few dentists and hygienists with no luck or help until i went to see Emily and her assistant at mydentist in Thetford, they were great and spent time with me and told me what i was doing wrong and changed the way i looked after my teeth and gums daily, 4 months on i am now pain free and now can eat on both sides. Excellent service and well worth a visit

As someone who's had disgruntled experiences with previous dentists/practices, you guys made me and my partner feel at ease from the moment we came in and I actually can't wait to come back for more 😆.
From letting me being able to accompany my partner into their appointment as moral support and visa versa, to just being down to earth guys but still getting the job done, and without judgement towards us. 💯
After our assessments they were both clear and concise in our treatment plans, making sure we were happy and understood everything. I can't fault anything! ✅

Sophie and Chloe were brilliant, made me feel totally at ease and even had me laughing during my visit, I would highly recommend a visit.

Both Vani and her assistant were such nice and friendly people! Vani was very informative and explained everything really clearly to me, giving some great advice, too.
The building itself was super clean and the prices are affordable, even as a private patient! 😁

Spiros and Lewis were polite, cheerful and reassuring throughout both procedures, the work was as pain free as possible, giving me confidence to come back again whenever I need the help.

I had a tooth extraction at MY DENTIST by Mrs vani sankar I would just like to say that that the extraction was carried out in a professional manner she was brilliant and kept me informed throughout the extraction also her lady assistant was also very professional and caring as well So If your nervous about the dentist then these to fine ladies are a must to see. I cannot praise them enough.

Amazing treatment from start to finish from Alex Hila. She went above and beyond to accommodate me with my tooth extraction and filings. I have terrible anxiety due to a bad experience many years ago and she has helped me overcome this with her kindness and patience. I would highly recommend Alex and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thank you to the lovely receptionists as well. You are all under so much pressure at the moment and you’re all still smiling and being professional while being moaned at for issues that are out of your control. Thank you :)

Went to see hygienist Emily today, was really impressed with my treatment, she was very informative and explained everything she was doing throughout the treatment

Ms Hila has always looked after me well at my apt.She knows I get concerned with my teeth and always does her best for me.

Had the best experience today in the 20 years I've been going here. Didnt catch the lady's name but Mr Maas dental nurse was so kind and caring. Helped calm me down and get me through my treatment, explained everything going on and made me feel so at ease. Usually have a terrible time at the dentist but today was amazing. I hope this is passed on to the dental nurse as she is awesome at her job!

Had to have a tooth extracted and I was fitted in very quickly. Staff are brilliant and friendly. Thank you to Deon Maas for sorting me out and fitting me in and his assistant today for keeping me calm during the extraction. Would highly recommend!!!

Today I had a tooth extracted. It was one of my big teeth at the back and I was worried and nervous because I’ve had a couple of bad experiences before. But to my surprise, this was a really pleasant experience. My dentists were Vani Sankar and Brodie, really lovely people put me at ease straight away and were really positive through my whole experience would definitely recommend five stars. Thank you again.

Brilliant service from initial booking to arrival through to departure. Nice welcome from reception and dental nurse. Nice to then see Dr Maas who I hadn't seen for 10 years. Quickly checked, xrayed and then treated. £85 well spent. Thank you
