I can't speak highly enough of my experience of using Evans & Co for a property purchase. Stephanie, my conveyancer, was lovely- very professional, easy to get hold of and made sure I understood everything as we worked through the various stages of the purchase. Compared to previous experiences of solicitors where I've often felt that there was an unnecessary amount of legal terminology used and conversations were overly complicated, Stephanie was easy to talk to and happy to explain things for me when I was unsure which is so important when you're dealing with big decisions and lots of money. I've needed to go back to Stephanie for some advice since the sale has completed due to an unexpected issue arising with the property and she returned my call quickly and has jumped into action to try and help me which has been a massive relief.
