Having experienced bad service at other agencies, I take great comfort at knowing my student HMO property is very well looked after and I trust them to make sure things run smoothly. I've known Peter and Cheryl for a while now and I actually moved to Progression when I found out they were there. They are great managers (and I'm a fussy landlord). Awful service, arranged to view a property at 11am, waited 15 minutes and no one turned up, office is now closed. Not a phone call, text or email confirming they couldn’t attend.
